I bought a laptop from this company recently, and while the laptop itself is fine, I had a big problem going through airport security because of how it's designed. The heat distribution system inside the laptop, especially the heat pipe, sets off alarms during security checks, causing all sorts of delays and issues. Despite explaining the situation multiple times to airport staff, the problem keeps happening and it's been a real pain during my travels. When I tried reaching out to the company to fix the issue, they didn't really seem to care or offer any help, which is disappointing considering they claim to care about customer satisfaction. It's just not cool to see such a lack of concern from a company that boasts about their customer service.
