Slow and defective laptop
I placed an order for a laptop from this company back in early November, with high hopes of getting it in time for the holidays. Unfortunately, the laptop didn't show up until after Christmas and, to top it all off, it had a major defect that made it totally useless. I tried reaching out to their customer service team, who eventually agreed to give me a refund as a sort of apology. However, after following up with them multiple times - about 4 or 5 times, to be exact - I'm still waiting for the refund to go through. It's like they take your money and then completely forget about you.<br><br>This whole situation is beyond frustrating. Dealing with a company that clearly couldn't care less about its customers is just plain disappointing. I definitely regret giving them my business and won't be doing so again in the future. And to make matters worse, I recently found out that Lenovo has actually blocked my email address. Talk about unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, eh?
