Jumper order delayed, no refund
I ordered a sweater from their collection and they said it would arrive in 10 days. It's been 20 days now and my item still hasn't been shipped. I've tried to reach customer service several times, but haven't heard back from them at all. I'm starting to wonder if the item is even real. This whole thing has been a letdown and I would suggest others not to buy from them.
Ripped front pockets
I bought a pair of jeans from this store not too long ago and I was really let down by the quality. After only a year and a half of hardly wearing them, the front pockets completely fell apart on me. I tried to get help from customer service, but they just told me it was normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear? I've never had a pair of jeans fall apart on me like that before. The jeans were comfy, but obviously not made to last. Dealing with customer service was so annoying and just left me feeling really upset.
Really good clothes
The clothes are so nice and great quality, seriously. But they're kinda pricey, I feel like they should be a bit cheaper. Also, the return process was a bit of a hassle. I had to print the label myself and pay for it, plus they make you pay for the return upfront instead of deducting it from your refund, which seemed weird to me. But this lady Rachel from the store was really nice and helpful when I complained, so that was good. Oh, and just a heads up, shipping times are counted from when they ship it out, not when you place the order. So if you need it quickly, definitely go for express shipping. It took 9 days for mine to arrive and I was already on vacation by then.
Linen shirt
I just bought a linen shirt from the company because they didn't have my size in-store. I paid extra for fast shipping, thinking it would come in 3 days. But, I was let down when even though I got an email saying it was delivered, I couldn't find the package anywhere. Their website had a confusing message about delivery status being shown before the actual delivery which just made me more frustrated. After reaching out to the company a bunch of times to figure out what was going on, it took a long time to find out that DHL was the shipper. Even after asking for proof of delivery, they didn't give it to me right away, and it took them 9 days to refund me for the item that never showed up.
Cotton top
I bought a cotton top from this store 'cause my skin is so sensitive and I can only handle natural fabrics like cotton, linen, and wool. The label said the top was 100% cotton, but I still got a rash after wearing it. I washed it and tried it on again, but I had the same reaction. Now I'm kinda bummed out and not sure if I wanna buy from that store again.

Hey, so I ordered this shirt online, you know? I've been waiting forever for it to arrive. They took my money but the shirt is nowhere to be found. And where's my confirmation email, eh? I've been trying to contact their customer service but they're ignoring me. Not cool, eh?
Promotional credit scam
I got this promo credit in an email, and it didn't have an expiry date. I was all pumped to use it, but when I tried to apply it to my purchase, I got a message saying it was expired. How convenient, right? And to top it off, there's no phone number to call customer service and talk about it - they only send impersonal text messages! It's pretty obvious they don't care about their customers or keeping their promises.
Jeans
I can't believe how many times I had to get my jeans replaced – a whole 6 times! They were obviously flawed and it took forever to get a pair that actually fit. The service rep I talked to was nice, but the whole thing was a total pain. I was hoping for better from a company like this.
White longsleeve shirt
I bought a white longsleeve shirt from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the whole thing. First off, the shipping costs were crazy high. I've ordered stuff from other countries before and I've never had to pay that much just for shipping. And the shirt itself was such poor quality - it was so see-through, not like how it looked online at all. Plus, to top it all off, they don't take returns from Switzerland, so now I'm stuck with this shirt that I'll never wear. And on top of all that, they talk about being all sustainable, but then they make their clothes in places like Sri Lanka and Vietnam and ship them all over the world, not really helping the environment. All in all, a really crappy experience that just left me feeling ripped off.
Shirt purchase
Ya know, there's been lots of talk about how hard it is to do returns around here, but honestly, I'm not too fussed about that. I just wanna share my own experience, not some second-hand horror tale. So, I picked up a shirt, ya know, just a regular ol' shirt, not some fancy designer thing. It came in today, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. It's exactly what I was expecting from the website description - well-made, nice fabric, and fits just right.
Jeans Final Sale
I wanted to try out those famous jeans I kept hearing about, so I decided to go for it and place an order. But man, was I let down! Unreceived order
I ordered something, but it never showed up. I was bummed when I saw that the contact link on their UK website wasn't working, so I couldn't even get in touch to sort things out. All in all, dealing with this company was a pain, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Oversized alpaca sweater
After buying the huge alpaca sweater in black, I have to say I wasn't super excited about it. But then the company contacted me and said they'd give me my money back for the sweater. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful, and I'm grateful for that. Even though I was let down at first, this good experience makes me think about shopping with them again someday.
Merino wool beanie
I ordered a merino wool beanie but ended up receiving men's pants instead. Customer service was pretty bad, had to keep bugging them to get my refund. Definitely won't be shopping online from them again.
Alpaca Fur Items
I ordered two alpaca fur items and they were terrible. They shed like crazy and itch so much, and the fur gets everywhere, even in my eyelashes. The no return policy is absurd, especially with how expensive they are at $60-$70 each. I won't be purchasing from them again. Their advertising might be good, but their products are not. Stick to their t-shirts and avoid everything else.
Misleading sizing and cuts
The sizing info on the website is totally wrong and the model pics are super misleading. The clothes are not practical for everyday wear, like they're all cropped and tight but they don't mention that in the description. I feel like I got duped into buying stuff that doesn't fit or look like it did in the pics. And on top of that, the return policy is super strict and the customer service is terrible. I'm not expecting these items to be good quality or last long at all.
International order
I just ordered some stuff from a website based in another country. The ordering process was smooth, and it was easy to find the right size thanks to the options on the product pages. The products I received seem good quality, but we'll have to see how long they last.<br><br>My only issue was with the shipping route my package took. It went through a couple of different countries before finally getting to me, which felt like a bit of a detour. I'd rather have a more direct route next time for quicker delivery.<br><br>In general, I'm hoping the items I bought will be worth the shipping delays and complications.
Pants too big, expensive returns
I bought some pants from this store and oh man, they took forever to arrive in the mail. When I finally got them, I was so disappointed - they were way too big for me! I usually wear a size 14, but these were huge around the waist and hips. So now I gotta return them and it's gonna cost me £8! That's a pretty penny for sending stuff back. But hey, when I reached out to them, they were actually really nice and helpful about it.
Expensive and disappointing
I wish I had checked out some reviews before buying stuff from this place. The website is pretty, but the clothes are not worth the steep prices. On top of that, I gotta fork out extra cash to return something, which just seems unfair. I won't be shopping here again, and I suggest others avoid it too.
