Shirt purchase
Ya know, there's been lots of talk about how hard it is to do returns around here, but honestly, I'm not too fussed about that. I just wanna share my own experience, not some second-hand horror tale. So, I picked up a shirt, ya know, just a regular ol' shirt, not some fancy designer thing. It came in today, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. It's exactly what I was expecting from the website description - well-made, nice fabric, and fits just right.
Expensive jeans
I wanted to step up my denim game and decided to treat myself to a pair of really nice jeans. After doing a ton of research, I finally settled on buying from this online store. The reviews were super positive, and I was so excited to try them on. But man, things took a turn for the worse when I found out the return process was a total nightmare. Since I live in Europe, I knew I'd have to cough up for return shipping costs, but I was flabbergasted when I had to pay everything upfront instead of having it deducted from my refund. It just seemed like a really annoying way to treat customers who were unhappy with their purchase. On top of that, the payment process kept glitching out on me, so I had to jump through all these hoops just to send the jeans back. It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me wonder if it was worth all the hassle for future buys. All in all, pretty disappointing experience.
International order
I just ordered some stuff from a website based in another country. The ordering process was smooth, and it was easy to find the right size thanks to the options on the product pages. The products I received seem good quality, but we'll have to see how long they last.<br><br>My only issue was with the shipping route my package took. It went through a couple of different countries before finally getting to me, which felt like a bit of a detour. I'd rather have a more direct route next time for quicker delivery.<br><br>In general, I'm hoping the items I bought will be worth the shipping delays and complications.
Pants too big, expensive returns
I bought some pants from this store and oh man, they took forever to arrive in the mail. When I finally got them, I was so disappointed - they were way too big for me! I usually wear a size 14, but these were huge around the waist and hips. So now I gotta return them and it's gonna cost me £8! That's a pretty penny for sending stuff back. But hey, when I reached out to them, they were actually really nice and helpful about it.
Cashmere and alpaca knitwear
I've bought a bunch of cashmere and alpaca clothes from this brand over the years. Their stuff is always top quality, which is why I keep going back. The shipping prices are reasonable too, so it's easy to justify treating myself to more.<br><br>But, I gotta take away a point for getting rid of some of their staple items, like the cashmere turtleneck sweater. It was a classic and should've been a permanent part of their collection. The "soft wool Italian" sweater also disappointed me - it shrank big time after just one hand wash.<br><br>Even with those hiccups, I still think this brand knows how to make great alpaca and cashmere clothes. I've got stuff from them that still looks awesome even after wearing and washing it regularly.
Super Soft Relaxed Jeans
I recently ordered a pair of Super Soft Relaxed Jeans in light vintage blue from this store. But when the package arrived, it turns out they sent me high rise skinny jeans in dark blue instead. What's worse, the label from the Super Soft Relaxed Jeans was torn off and stuffed in the back pocket of the wrong jeans to make it seem like they were right. I got in touch with customer service to sort it out, and they quickly gave me a full refund and said I could keep the wrong jeans. While I was bummed about getting the wrong thing, I was happy with how well the company fixed the mistake.
Cashmere cardigan purchase
I was a bit nervous when I read some reviews after I placed my order, but everything went really well. I chatted with customer service to ask about the delivery and they were so friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about the service, and I absolutely love my new cardigan. Actually, I loved it so much that I ended up ordering more stuff!
