After buying the huge alpaca sweater in black, I have to say I wasn't super excited about it. But then the company contacted me and said they'd give me my money back for the sweater. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful, and I'm grateful for that. Even though I was let down at first, this good experience makes me think about shopping with them again someday.

I was so impressed with the service I got from the driver. He was super friendly and nice, and he really went the extra mile to make sure I had a safe and comfy ride. Booking was easy and smooth, just like you'd hope for. And the price was totally fair for the great service I got. Overall, I was really happy with everything and I'd definitely suggest this service to other people.
