    Oh my gosh, you know, my cat was missing after they left! I was super upset, I tried calling 1-800-GOT-JUNK to see if they knew anything but couldn't get through to anyone. I just hope my poor little fur baby is okay out there somewhere. It was just such a stressful situation, I really wish they had been more responsive.

    Hey everyone! I just wanted to tell you about this cool thing I got for my dad. He really likes it! He says it's comfortable and doesn't get in the way when he's carrying his gun. He even adjusted it to fit his gun perfectly. He's really satisfied with it, and now I'm considering getting one for myself as well. It did take a bit of time to arrive at our place, but it was definitely worth the wait. I'm really pleased with my purchase, and so is my dad!

    I bought a costume from this store and oh my goodness, it was terrible. It arrived on time but the quality was awful. The fabric was rough and not stretchy at all. Plus, the item I received looked nothing like the picture on the website. The top had sleeves and no zipper, and the hoodie didn't fit properly. Even the tail had a wire but it was too flimsy to stand up. When I reached out to customer service, they were super rude and didn't assist me with my concerns at all. I suggest avoiding this store at all costs!

    Remote-controlled helicopter

    The remote-controlled helicopter I bought is pretty awesome when it comes to how it flies - it moves well and does everything it's supposed to. But the shipping and delivery were kind of lacking. It took a long time for it to get here, which was a bit of a downer. In general, I'd say the helicopter itself is great, but the service needs some work.

    Just picked up some Vapetasia stuff and man, the prices are so good! Got a few 100ml freebase bottles and 30ml salt bottles for only $6.99 each. Such a deal compared to what the vape shops around here are asking for. I'm definitely sticking with this place now. And guess what? Ordered on Thursday, got it by Monday. Element Vape took forever, like 2 whole weeks for my order. Can't beat this service!

But I gotta say, the agent I talked to, let's call her Chelsea, was super polite, professional, and comforting. With all the fraud going around, it's terrifying to think of the risks out there.     I've been a loyal customer for almost fifty years now, but in the last year, I've been really let down by the lack of products available.     I ordered a dinnerware set online last fall and had a bit of a rough time with it. Two of the dishes were smashed when they arrived at my house. I got in touch with Bloomies customer service and they quickly gave me a credit for one of the broken dishes, saying they'd send a replacement for the other dish. After waiting for three months without any updates, I decided to just cancel the whole thing. Despite me asking multiple times, they told me they credited my PayPal account back in February. But when I checked my PayPal and credit card statements, I couldn't see any trace of the transaction happening. Bloomies has now gone quiet on me and I'm feeling frustrated and short of cash. I'm on a fixed income, so every dollar is important to me, and it's really disappointing to be left hanging with no solution in sight.

    The headphones I bought were awesome when I first got them, but then the buttons just crapped out. I went back to the store I bought 'em from, but man, the staff there were super rude and wouldn't give me the time of day. I even tried reaching out to head office, but they were all like, "Sorry, we can't help 'cause the store's in administration." Thankfully, the headphone company has a two-year warranty, and they said they'd hook me up with a replacement. But so far, no dice. I'm seriously fed up with this lousy customer service.
