Multivitamins
I've been a long-time customer for years now, just like my folks were. But I gotta say, my last experience was a letdown. When I reached out to customer service for help, I struggled to effectively communicate with the rep because their English skills were limited. On top of that, I was bummed to find out that half of the multivitamins I wanted were out of stock, and there wasn't even an option for backorders. This lack of communication and availability left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a customer.
Vitamins and supplements
So, ya know, I was trying to order my vitamins and whatnot over the long weekend, but like, most of the stuff I wanted was totally not even in stock. And the person I chatted with on the phone, like, could barely understand English, eh? I've been a loyal customer of theirs for ages, but now it's all changed, I suppose. So bummed out, eh?
Vitamins purchase
I've been a customer at this company for years and I have to say, I've noticed a drop in the quality of their products and customer service. They used to be top-notch, always asking for my name, account number, or phone number to make sure they had the right customer. But now, something seems off. I recently bought some vitamins and was bummed to see that some of the hard pills were going soft before the expiration date. And they're using magnesium stearate in most of their pills, but that's not my fave. I don't need all those extra fillers in 80 pills a day. I was also surprised to find out that Puritans Pride, along with Carlyle, is owned by Nestle. It made me question the products and companies I've been supporting.
Recent purchase issues
I recently had to end a long-standing business relationship that I've been loyal to for years. Lately, every time I try to order something, a lot of items are out of stock, making it really hard for me to actually buy anything. Other companies don't seem to have this issue, which makes me wonder about how reliable their stock management system really is. I'm glad I never joined their rewards program, it would have been extra frustrating to invest in something that can't even keep up with their customers' needs. It's tough saying goodbye to a company I used to trust so much.
ACV tablets purchase
These ACV tablets I got smell so strong, I can hardly handle it. They dissolve fast and taste super gross, which makes it hard to take them every day. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any changes in my skin or weight, so I won't be buying them again in the future.
My recent order was all sold out, had to buy from a different site
I've been a customer for so long, but now all my favorite stuff is gone from the website! I had to buy from another place and the prices were way more expensive. Seems like me and my favorite site are finished 😢

I ordered some vitamins and supplements from this company but they were always out of stock. My last order never came and they didn't answer my emails. I had to call three times to cancel the order and they still took money from my bank account. Absolutely terrible service!

I bought some multi-vitamin supplements from this company not long ago. The product was alright, but I was kind of let down to find out that a private equity group has taken over the business. It feels like they're just focused on making money instead of offering top-notch products and service. I'd recommend steering clear of this company and others with similar ownership.

I had this super annoying experience with this store I love, eh. I never signed up for automatic orders, but they sent me something I never even wanted, and took the money from my account. I called three times to customer service, and they said I gotta pay $14 to send it back even though it was totally their fault. Honestly, it's got me feeling pretty let down and ticked off. I bought some vitamins, eh? But I realized they might not work for me since I have celiac. I asked the company if they were gluten-free, but the person I spoke to had no clue! Can you believe that? Like, how do they not know what they're selling? So strange. They said they'd look into it and get back to me, but they never did. I even sent another email and it's been 4 weeks with no response! So not cool. I don't think I'll be buying from them again, ay.
Longtime customer disappointed
I've been a loyal customer for almost fifty years now, but in the last year, I've been really let down by the lack of products available. It's kind of sad to have to look for a new reliable supplier after all this time. Luckily, I've found a new place with way better products, and they always have what I need in stock and get it to me quickly - usually within a few days. It's tough, but I think it's time to say goodbye to my old provider.
Health supplements
I just bought some health supplements from this place and I was bummed to see they put a cap on how many points you can rack up in a year without giving a heads up to us customers. That's not cool, especially for us regulars who have been coming here for ages. I had to do some digging to find out, which isn't exactly user-friendly.

This company is a total disaster! I thought I was just making a simple online purchase, but boy was I wrong. First, my order didn't go through because some items were out of stock - fair enough, but then the list of unavailable items just kept getting longer. After waiting for 1 and a half weeks, I called and insisted that they send the in-stock items right away. But even after two days, nothing happened. When I called again, they said they would rush the available items, but then they told me that my PayPal payment could be refunded, but that I'd have to give my credit card details to someone outside of the USA. Can you believe that? I'm not going to risk my security like that. So I ended up canceling the whole order and asking for a full refund of my original payment. This company clearly isn't cut out for online orders. Buyers, be wary!
Chemical additives in vitamins
I gotta tell ya, I'm really bummed out about the vitamins I bought from this company. Turns out they have titanium dioxide and magnesium stearate in them, which can cause some nasty side effects. I mean, vitamins are supposed to be good for you, right? It's upsetting to think that I had to toss out so much money's worth of vitamins because of this. As a customer who cares about my health, this is just not cool.
Multivitamin and Omega-3 purchase
Puritan's Pride has really great stuff at super good prices. I've been shopping there for a while and I always find a good selection of supplements. The multivitamins and Omega-3 I got were exactly what I needed and the quality was even better than I expected. I like how they give lots of info about their products, it helps me make good choices. My shopping experience with them was awesome and I'll definitely keep coming back for more.

As someone who's been a customer for a pretty long time now, I gotta say I'm pretty let down by the recent experience I had with this company. I've been trusting them for over 25 years to give me good quality stuff, but in the last 3-4 months, everything I try to order is always "Out of Stock" with no clue when it'll be back. It's frustrating not knowing when I can get what I need, and this lack of info makes me feel like they're not very reliable. After reading other folks' reviews and feeling like my suspicions were confirmed, I've decided to look for another place I can trust for my health stuff.
