So, I ordered this shirt and shorts from an online store recently and man, let me tell you, the customer service was not great. They said they do free returns and exchanges but when I tried to return something that didn't fit, it was a whole mess. Took three weeks for them to respond and then they just told me the item couldn't be resold with no proof or anything. Like, what? We expect better than that, you know? Customer service is so important these days and SurfStitch did not come through on that front. Disappointing for sure.

My experience with the service was really good when it comes to how fast things were and the help I got from customer support. But, I had a bit of trouble setting it up on my desktop because I use Linux Debian and Ubuntu a lot. One problem I ran into was an error in the configuration file that was just for Debian. And another thing, with Debian, it was a pain that I couldn't use more than one server on each device. When you set it up, you pick one server and you can't switch it later.

It was pretty simple to add an audio track, but dealing with text and graphics was a bit challenging. I had to keep adjusting the strip and moving it around, I wish there was a simpler way. In general, it's pretty cool and really helps me with my YouTube videos.
