I'm really upset about the service I got from that company. I ordered something and it never showed up at my place. I tried to contact customer service by email a few times to fix the problem and get my money back, but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's not cool that they're not communicating with me and not fixing their mistake. If I don't get my refund soon, I'm gonna call my credit card company to reverse the charge.

I honestly can't believe it, this company really caught me off guard with how bad their service has been. Back in March, I asked for a refund for something I never received, and here we are now in August, and still no sight of my money. They keep coming up with reasons why it's taking so long, talking about needing 120 days, but it's been way longer than that. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare, and on top of that, they keep pushing back the timeline for when I can expect to get my money back. It's like they don't care about their customers' time or money at all. I'm not putting up with this anymore and will take legal action if I have to.

I gotta tell ya, these shirts are awesome. I ordered a couple online and they were exactly as I expected - no surprises there. They looked just like the picture, well-made, and the quality was really good. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

I bought two pairs of those pants in purple from that store, but when they arrived, I was bummed out to see that one was purple like I wanted, and the other one was black, pink, and teal plaid.
