Faux Fur Coat
My new fake fur coat is just what I needed for this cold weather. It's super warm and comfortable, not too tight, and feels so cozy to wear. I really like the two pockets and the casual color that goes with pretty much all my outfits. The only small issue is that the zipper can be a bit tricky to use because I have to hold down the sides of the fake fur while zipping up. But all in all, I'm really happy with my purchase, especially since I got a $50.00 voucher from the brand, which made it an even better deal.
Gift that was nonreturnable
I had to cancel my order during shipping because I found out the gift I bought couldn't be returned. I was concerned it wouldn't fit the person I was giving it to and didn't want to chance it. I contacted customer service and was really impressed by how helpful and understanding they were. They handled my request quickly and I got a refund after just one ask. Button up shirt dress purchase
As a curvy woman, it can be tough to find a button-up shirt dress that fits just right. But I took a chance and ordered one from this place. The shipping didn't take too long, the price was good, and the dress quality was amazing. I made sure to measure myself before ordering to make sure it would fit well, and I was really happy that it fit perfectly. I'm really happy with what I got and would definitely come back to shop here again.
Short sleeve hoodie
I recently got a short sleeve hoodie from an order I placed, and I gotta say, the quality was really nice. The only thing is, it's a bit heavy for those scorching hot summer days. I wish they had it in a lighter material for more comfort. On the upside, it fits true to size and the shipping was super fast. All in all, I'd definitely suggest this item to others.
unfulfilled order, poor communication
I'm really upset about the service I got from that company. I ordered something and it never showed up at my place. I tried to contact customer service by email a few times to fix the problem and get my money back, but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's not cool that they're not communicating with me and not fixing their mistake. If I don't get my refund soon, I'm gonna call my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Late refund request
I honestly can't believe it, this company really caught me off guard with how bad their service has been. Back in March, I asked for a refund for something I never received, and here we are now in August, and still no sight of my money. They keep coming up with reasons why it's taking so long, talking about needing 120 days, but it's been way longer than that. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare, and on top of that, they keep pushing back the timeline for when I can expect to get my money back. It's like they don't care about their customers' time or money at all. I'm not putting up with this anymore and will take legal action if I have to.
Lavender ankle boots
I've been searching for a pair of lavender ankle boots for a while now and I finally found them on this website! I was a bit hesitant to order since I've been disappointed before, but these boots are fantastic! They came really fast and look just as beautiful as I hoped. I've been receiving lots of compliments on them.

I was so happy with the service I got at this store. The staff were nice, polite, and really helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with what I bought. When there was a problem with my order, they let me know right away and gave me a few options to fix it. I really value their great customer service.

I got this really cool new hoodie from here and it was awesome! It looked just like the picture and arrived in perfect condition. The only thing is it did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, so if you need it for something special, I recommend ordering it in advance.

My online order
I ain't buying from that online store no more. I got clothes that didn't fit, and they wouldn't let me return them or get my money back. How am I supposed to know if something fits if I can't try it on? Not getting a refund for stuff I can't even wear just feels like they're robbing me. It's so dumb and unfair.

I shelled out some extra dough for next day shipping, but it's been almost a week now and no word from customer service. No updates, no replies to my emails. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be kept in the dark like this with no idea what's going on with my order. If they took my money right away, wouldn't that mean they had the item in stock and ready to ship?
Shoes for daughter

This website is super frustrating! I bought a T-shirt, hoodie, and socks, but my order was a big headache. The tracking info didn't show up until my package was practically at my door, and when I needed to return something, they made it way too complicated. They said I had to send the items all the way to China or Kentucky, even though they were shipped from close by! And then they expected me to cover the shipping costs back to the US and wouldn't give me the receiver's phone number. What a hassle!

So, I was checking out this online store for some new clothes, right? But man, their customer service is seriously lacking. I've been trying to get in touch with them about returning some stuff that didn't fit, but no luck. I've emailed, called, even messaged them on Facebook, but nothing. They keep saying they'll send a return label, but nada. It's frustrating that there's no option for self-service returns, you know? And time's ticking on that 30-day return policy. It's a bummer not being able to get ahold of them to sort this out.
