I honestly can't believe it, this company really caught me off guard with how bad their service has been. Back in March, I asked for a refund for something I never received, and here we are now in August, and still no sight of my money. They keep coming up with reasons why it's taking so long, talking about needing 120 days, but it's been way longer than that. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare, and on top of that, they keep pushing back the timeline for when I can expect to get my money back. It's like they don't care about their customers' time or money at all. I'm not putting up with this anymore and will take legal action if I have to.

I ain't buying from that online store no more. I got clothes that didn't fit, and they wouldn't let me return them or get my money back. How am I supposed to know if something fits if I can't try it on? Not getting a refund for stuff I can't even wear just feels like they're robbing me. It's so dumb and unfair.

I just bought my daughter a new pair of shoes from this store. They were really good quality and came super fast in the mail. The only problem was they were too big for her. I've been trying to return them following the store's rules, but I've been emailing customer service for two weeks now and haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating and making me wonder if they're ignoring me on purpose.

This website is super frustrating! I bought a T-shirt, hoodie, and socks, but my order was a big headache. They said I had to send the items all the way to China or Kentucky, even though they were shipped from close by! And then they expected me to cover the shipping costs back to the US and wouldn't give me the receiver's phone number. What a hassle!

I wanted to exchange a shirt I bought from this online store. I went on their website, followed the steps to start a exchange, and got a confirmation email. But since then, I haven't heard anything from them. Now I'm stuck with a shirt I can't even wear, and it's so annoying. The lack of communication and follow-up is just not okay. I thought I would get better customer service and quicker exchanges from them.
