    Online computer purchase

    I just ordered a new computer online from Best Buy. The website said it would be shipped within 24-48 hours, but it's been 4 days and there's no sign of it being processed. I tried reaching out through chat and phone, but all they said was they were waiting for the courier to pick it up. Another two days went by with no progress. After waiting a week, I decided to cancel my order and got the same computer from Canada Computers instead. I got it the same day! Best Buy's website still says my order is "processing", and their customer service over chat and phone was not helpful at all. They really need to step up their game or think about getting out of the business.

    I bought a laptop from this store and man, was I ever let down by the customer service. The place was a total mess, all disorganized with products stuck to the walls making it impossible to check them out properly. The managers and staff had attitudes, so rude and unhelpful - they just seemed so lazy and uninterested in helping customers. Plus, having those unreliable third-party sellers around was sketchy. Best Buy wouldn't even guarantee their products but were still happy to sell them to us. Just an overall bad shopping trip - I definitely wouldn't recommend giving them any of your business.

    Washing machine with a 4 year protection plan

    I bought a washing machine from Best Buy not too long ago and got the 4-year protection plan as well. Everything was going smooth until the machine started acting up after a year. So, I tried to get it fixed through the repair service, but ran into a lot of problems. The automated system to begin the service request didn't work at all, and the chat support was no help either. The first person I talked to said they couldn't find my service plan, which was a lie, and the second person said I needed to contact the manufacturer because it was still under a 12-month warranty, which was also a lie. I had to guide them to where to find the contract ID on the receipt. After a bunch of tries and getting hung up on, I finally got in touch with a nice rep who found my contract number and updated the info. The whole process was so frustrating and took up a ton of time. I might have to think twice before buying anything else from Best Buy.

    I recently bought a home appliance at this store. They had a good selection and competitive prices, but I was bummed to see they tack on an extra fee to take away your old appliance, which other stores don't do. The customer service wasn't great either, with staff pushing unnecessary add-ons. I'd say steer clear of this store if you can.

    I recently went on the Best Buy website to look for a new smartphone to buy. I was kinda bummed that there wasn't any technical info about the phones listed. How am I supposed to know which one to get if I don't have all the deets right there? It's annoying to have to look somewhere else for that info, then maybe end up paying more back at Best Buy. Long story short, I found a better deal somewhere else with all the tech specs I needed, so I didn't bother going back to Best Buy.

    I gotta say, I'm happy with the product I bought but man, the customer service at this store is not cutting it. I ordered a TV back in December and still haven't gotten it. I've called customer service a bunch of times and keep getting different stories. Some say it's ready to go, others say they're still figuring it out. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on. This was my first time shopping here and I gotta say, I expected better service.

    The delivery experience for my major appliance was absolutely terrible. It took me three hours on the phone just to try to sort out the issues with my order. Depending on who I spoke to, there was always a different excuse - from not being able to find my order to not being able to help me because it was an in-store purchase. To make matters worse, they couldn't proceed with the installation because they were missing a part that should have been delivered weeks ago. This has been a terrible experience that has completely turned me off from ever using this store again, despite being a loyal customer in the past for all my appliances and electronics.

    I recently tried to buy an open box TV screen from Best Buy online. I was really let down by the whole thing. They sent me a bunch of emails with different dates for when it would arrive. Then they finally told me they didn't have it anymore and cancelled my order. It's really frustrating to see a big company like Best Buy mess up this bad.

    I went to Best Buy the other day to buy a laptop, and let me tell you, it was such a letdown. I was checking out the laptops at the Sunridge store and found one that caught my eye. I asked the guy working there if they had it in stock, and he said they were all out but had it at the Deerfoot Mall location. So, I made the trek over to Deerfoot, hopeful that I'd finally get my hands on that laptop. But guess what? They were out of stock too! The salesperson at Deerfoot didn't seem to care at all and just brushed it off. I gotta say, this whole thing really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.

    Online purchase of a refurbished vacuum cleaner

    I just bought this refurbished vacuum from Best Buy online, eh. Came in all broken and not wanting to work, eh. So I talked to the seller about it, and they asked me to send them a video of what was wrong. I did that, showing them the Dyson V8 with a full battery that wouldn't even turn on, eh. The seller then sent me a label to return it, so I sent it back right away, eh. But now, to this day, I still haven't gotten my money back, eh.

    I just bought a microwave from the store and I gotta say, I am really not impressed with how it's holding up. Every time I try to use it, the turn wheel keeps coming loose and it's super annoying. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times and they told me it's a known problem with this model. It's frustrating to drop cash on something that craps out within a year. On the bright side, I also got a fridge and dishwasher from the same place and they're running smoothly.

    Luggage purchase on Black Friday

    So, I bought a luggage set from Best Buy on Black Friday for my trip to Mexico. The suitcase looked strong and stylish at first, but the zipper started to come off the day before I was supposed to head back. I ended up having to shell out extra cash to get my luggage wrapped at the airport, which was a real letdown. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were no help at all and didn't seem like they cared about fixing the issue. Their solution was to have me pay for a new suitcase plus a delivery fee, which I thought was totally unfair. All in all, my experience with this luggage set and Best Buy's customer service was super disappointing and frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying this luggage.

    This service is just not acceptable, eh? I ordered an iPad cover and it's been 9 days and still no sign of it. Best Buy is working with third-party sellers, which is turning into a total mess. When I called to ask about it, they told me to contact the shipper for any info. The customer service is terrible and their business practices seem pretty shady.

    I recently bought an electronic gadget from Best Buy and was pretty happy with the quality. But, I had a bit of trouble with their customer service. I reached out to their Live Support to cancel an order that got lost in their warehouse, but they wouldn't help me out. On top of that, their main support line was down for days, making it super hard to get a hold of anyone for assistance. I'm pretty bummed about the customer service I got this time around.
