CommunicationI recently bought an electronic gadget from Best Buy and was pretty happy with the quality. But, I had a bit of trouble with their customer service. I reached out to their Live Support to cancel an order that got lost in their warehouse, but they wouldn't help me out. On top of that, their main support line was down for days, making it super hard to get a hold of anyone for assistance. I'm pretty bummed about the customer service I got this time around.
