When the package arrived, it smelled like laundry soap which was really odd for something supposed to be brand new. The Gi looked like it had been previously used and had some discoloration from washing. The tag didn't look fresh and was all wrinkled. I paid $147 for it, so I expected it to be brand new, not used! When I called customer service, they were super rude and not helpful at all. They even went as far as accusing me of washing it! This company is a joke, do not order from them.

I recently bought this clothing online from this company, hoping to get something good that looked like the pictures and had a good fit. Unfortunately, when I got it, I was really disappointed. It didn't look like the pictures at all and didn't fit right. I contacted customer service to return it within the 14-day "cooling off" period and ask for my money back. At first, they said no and just offered me some discount codes. But after I kept talking to them, they finally agreed to give me my money back. I sent the item back to an address in China like they told me to, and they said I'd get a full refund. But it's been more than two months now, and I still haven't gotten my money back. They're not replying to my emails, and it's really not good. It feels like they took my money and won't give it back.

I ordered that bravecto thing back in December and the tracking number was a total mess. I tried emailing them and they gave me a new tracking number. But get this - it's been stuck in the same spot for over a month now! I was super let down by the clone software from Paragon. I thought it would be great because Paragon is a reputable brand, but it was a disappointment in every way. The interface felt old-fashioned and not user-friendly, like software from way back when. I tried to clone a little Windows partition to a new SSD a few times, but it was so slow and annoying. I wasted a lot of time on it before finally giving up and switching to Easeus, which worked like a charm - just like it did on my old laptop. It's too bad the Paragon software didn't live up to the hype.

I've been getting monthly deliveries from a third-party provider for a year now. But let me tell you, the box that came on 9/22/23 was a real letdown. It was all banged up and only had half the stuff inside. I tried reaching out to the company, who I think is the actual maker, but they don't do refunds or send replacements through Amazon. And trying to talk to them directly is like pulling teeth - their customer service line keeps me on hold forever and then just hangs up at 5 PM Central time. And to top it off, when I finally got to open the box, I found the product all slimy and yellowish, which is not a good sign.
