    Recent software purchase

    The software itself is really amazing. I recently bought a license for a particular program and I have to say, it's been doing a great job and has some cool features. But man, the support service from the company is just awful. I had an issue just after I got the license where I couldn't get into the member section to confirm my account for three days because they said it was "under construction". So I reached out to support for help, but it took them a whopping two weeks to even reply to my message. Like, seriously? That kind of slow response and lack of help is not okay, especially for a company that claims to be all professional and reliable. It's really left a bad taste in my mouth and got me wondering about the overall quality of the service they're selling.

    I just bought some software from this company, but it's been a real letdown. It's throwing out a bunch of error messages that are making it impossible to use, even though the label made it sound perfect. So I tried getting in touch with customer support for some help, and they said they'd get back to me in 3 days. Well, they did reply, but only to say they couldn't help me with my tech issue. I'm really disappointed with how this company is handling things, not cool at all.

    Paragon Hard Disk Manager™ Advanced

    I just bought the Paragon Hard Disk Manager™ Advanced for (£39.99) and downloaded it from the link they sent me. But, I've been having some trouble because every time I try to open the program, I get an error message saying, "the product configuration seems to be corrupted, please reinstall." I've tried reinstalling it nine times already as the administrator, but nothing seems to work. And to make things worse, I haven't been able to get any help from the company, which is really frustrating. Overall, my experience with this product and their customer service has been really disappointing. I'd suggest avoiding this company because they just seem to care about making money.

    Lost licenses issue

    I bought a bunch of stuff from this software company not too long ago, and at first, I was pretty pleased with the licenses I got. But then they switched up their licensing system, and suddenly most of my licenses were gone! I tried reaching out to them by making a ticket, but all they did was close it without fixing anything. I even had to go through the trouble of sending them copies of my original licenses, which was just ridiculous. After losing more than 15 licenses, I've decided I'm never buying from them again. It totally feels like I got robbed, and it's obvious they couldn't care less about their customers.

    Troublesome software issues

    Support is pretty quick to reply, but the software problems just won't go away no matter how many times we try to fix them. The licensed version keeps switching back to trial mode, so we can't use it until Paragon fixes it on their end. We've been dealing with these issues for over a year now, going back and forth with tech support, and we're still stuck. It's been super frustrating, to say the least.

    Hard Disk Manager 17 Advanced and 17 Business

    I've been using Paragon software for a long time now, and I've gotta say, I've seen a drop in quality lately. I've been a loyal customer for almost twenty years, but I've run into some big problems with the Hard Disk Manager 17 Advanced and 17 Business. The feature to copy or transfer the OS from NVMe or Sata SSD to similar disks just isn't working right, causing a lot of frustration and inefficiency in my work. On top of that, the customer support from Paragon has been seriously lacking. It feels like there's been some changes in the development team or company leadership, resulting in bad customer service and struggle in fixing technical issues. As a seasoned user who has trusted Paragon for so long, I'm really let down by how things are now. I've decided to look into other options and won't be coming back to Paragon Software.

    Clone software for Windows partition

    I was super let down by the clone software from Paragon. I thought it would be great because Paragon is a reputable brand, but it was a disappointment in every way. The interface felt old-fashioned and not user-friendly, like software from way back when. I tried to clone a little Windows partition to a new SSD a few times, but it was so slow and annoying. I wasted a lot of time on it before finally giving up and switching to Easeus, which worked like a charm - just like it did on my old laptop. It's too bad the Paragon software didn't live up to the hype.

    I bought some software from this place thinking that if I had any problems, the customer service would be there to help me out. Boy, was I mistaken. Everything was fine when I first started using it, but then I hit a roadblock - and suddenly, poof! The support was nowhere to be found. Emails left unanswered, calls went straight to voicemail. I was left high and dry. The product ain't bad, but without proper backup, it's just not worth the trouble.

    I recently bought service software from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the customer support I got. The software was fine at first, but it started acting up after I updated my operating system. It was super glitchy and would only work sometimes. I reached out for help by sending four emails explaining my problem, but got no response or fix. Finally, I called their support line and got a rude rep who got mad at me for not emailing instead. Totally unprofessional. I even tried calling three times and two of the reps only spoke German, which made things even harder.

    Hard Disk Manager 17

    I recently bought Hard Disk Manager 17 and I gotta say, I was super let down by the lack of support from the company. I've been a loyal user of their products for ages and they've always been reliable and helpful. But, when I tried to use the new version after reinstalling Windows 11, I ran into a frustrating error that stopped me from using it. Even after following all the troubleshooting steps and sending them all the necessary logs, they made me wait 10 long months only to offer a refund because they couldn't help me with their own product. It's so frustrating to see their customer service and support go downhill like this. I really hope they can go back to their old ways and prioritize helping their customers instead of ignoring support requests. It's really sad to see such a great company fall like this.

    This software was a total rip-off, eh? I thought it was gonna be great 'cause I saw some good reviews, but man, was I wrong. It messed up my MBR during the setup, and it was a big pain to fix. Had to go back to my backups to sort it out. I tried everything to get it working properly, but no luck. Don't bother with this one, just find something else, trust me.
