I've been using this cloud backup service for a few years now and I gotta say, it's been a real lifesaver. It not only protects my data from Ransomware attacks but it's also saved me from losing important files more than once. The service is super easy to use and reliable, I always feel confident that my files are safe and secure.

I just bought a nice ivory cashmere cardigan online, but had to send it back. When I got it, I saw it wasn't ivory like I thought, but more of a yellowish beige. I was bummed because I already have two other cardigans in different colors that I totally adore. The cashmere is always top-notch, but the wrong color on this one was a bit of a letdown.

I bought some software from this place thinking that if I had any problems, the customer service would be there to help me out. Boy, was I mistaken. Everything was fine when I first started using it, but then I hit a roadblock - and suddenly, poof! The support was nowhere to be found. Emails left unanswered, calls went straight to voicemail. I was left high and dry. The product ain't bad, but without proper backup, it's just not worth the trouble.

I was really let down by the floral arrangement I got from this place. The flowers looked all dried up and definitely didn't match the picture online. To top it off, the delivery took forever, and when I reached out to customer service, they didn't even bother getting back to me. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone who wants flowers delivered with care and quality.
