I'm really upset with how this company handled things. They took my renewal payments without telling me and when I complained, they only offered me a partial refund. It's not cool to see them acting so sneakily, so I'm going to talk to my bank about it. It's disappointing to see a business being so dishonest, so I recommend others to think twice before using them.
