I've been using this backup thing for years now, and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch. I heard about this cloud backup system and thought I'd give it a try because it was supposed to be budget-friendly. At first, everything was going smoothly - my Qnap NAS was supported and the interface was easy to navigate. But then, when I added another Qnap NAS, the backup suddenly stopped working after a few weeks. I contacted customer service for help, and they were quick to respond with new software to download. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem. However, they went above and beyond by offering to remotely fix the backup. Despite the time zone difference, they managed to fix it before their morning coffee. The service was amazing, and now my backup is working perfectly. I really appreciate this level of service.

I feel a lot better using this service than Google's cloud services. The technical support is great and now I can renew with PayPal. I definitely recommend it to other WD NAS owners.
