Dress purchase with assistance
The store was really well-stocked and everything was so nicely organized, which made it really easy and fun to look around. But what really made my shopping trip amazing was the super helpful assistant who went out of her way to suggest things and bring me more stuff to try on. She even brought me a pair of shoes to go with the dress I was trying on. It was so helpful to see the whole look put together. I wouldn't have found the perfect dress without her! I was really impressed by how much she knew about the products and how she was so willing to help me find exactly what I wanted. Overall, the great selection in the store, the nice layout, and the awesome service made it an unforgettable shopping trip.
Denim jacket purchase
The folks at the Amersham store were amazing. As soon as we walked in, they were so friendly and helpful. It was a total change from our time at the Harrogate store. They even remembered us from our Christmas visit, which was really nice. It's frustrating when a store doesn't give good service like Harrogate did. We felt like they didn't even see us there. So, we decided to shop somewhere else. Your store has awesome clothes, but good customer service is just as important, and Amersham totally gets that.
Remmie jumpsuit purchase
I recently ordered the Remmie jumpsuit over the phone from the store in Leeds because it was out of stock online. The staff was really helpful when I called, even though it was a bit annoying that the website wasn't updated. I wanted to pick it up in-store but the hours listed were wrong, so they kindly offered to ship it to me. The jumpsuit arrived quickly in just 2 days, and I love it - exactly what I wanted. Big shoutout to the staff at the Leeds branch for being so nice and helpful the whole time.

Hey, so I brought back a bag in March and they told me everything was good to go for my refund within 3 days. But it's been well over a month now and I still haven't seen that money show up in my account. I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times but they keep giving me the run-around and not really saying anything helpful. They even tried to make it up to me by offering free next day shipping on my next order, which feels pretty insulting considering the whole mess. Such a bad experience.

Refund delay
I brought back two things for money back about a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund of more than £150. They told me they got the things on April 15th and that I would get my money back in 3 days. But today is May 9th and I still haven't seen any sign of my cash. I've reached out to customer service on the phone and through chat, and they blame it on payment issues in their system. Even though they know I returned the stuff, they're not offering to manually give me my money back. This kind of service just isn't right for a big company like this. It's frustrating to hear that lots of other customers are going through the same thing. The company's lack of responsibility is disappointing and I expect better from a brand that's supposed to be good. I won't be buying anything from them again.
Ivory cashmere cardigan
I just bought a nice ivory cashmere cardigan online, but had to send it back. When I got it, I saw it wasn't ivory like I thought, but more of a yellowish beige. I was bummed because I already have two other cardigans in different colors that I totally adore. The cashmere is always top-notch, but the wrong color on this one was a bit of a letdown.
