I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought something from this company. The hair extensions were just awful quality, and I felt like I totally wasted my money. On top of that, the delivery was late and the customer service was so disappointing. When I tried to send the product back, I had to ship it all the way to China and it cost me even more money. And then to top it all off, they wouldn't even give me a refund, saying they never promised one. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this company to anyone.
