Wavy micro loop hair extensions 22 inch
2. So, I bought these wavy micro loop hair extensions in 22 inches recently, and man, I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality. The length of the extensions didn't even come close to the promised 22 inches, most of them falling short. Plus, the hair was so thin that blending it with my own hair was a struggle, resulting in a noticeable difference between my natural hair and the extensions. And for the price I paid, this lack of quality is just not okay. I wish I had read some reviews before making the purchase, 'cause it looks like this is a common issue. I've tried getting in touch with the company to share my concerns, but based on what other customers are saying, I'm not too hopeful for a proper fix.

I'm so mad right now, eh! I ordered some hair extensions online, but I haven't heard anything about my order! They didn't send me a confirmation email, they said my payment didn't go through even though I know it did! The phone number on their website doesn't even work, what's up with that, eh? And I can't log into my account, they keep saying my password is wrong, even though they sent it to me! I just want my money back or my hair extensions, is that too much to ask for, eh? I even paid for express shipping and still nothing!
Soft and comfortable hair extensions
These hair extensions are amazing! I got them in a light brown shade and they match my hair perfectly. They are super soft and feel really comfortable. I also bought some highlight extensions which are just as awesome. I've purchased expensive extensions in the past, but these ones are definitely superior. I won't be shopping anywhere else for hair extensions in the future!

I had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I bought micro loop extensions, and it turns out I got scammed just like many others, eh. It's disappointing to see that this company lacks integrity and doesn't follow through on their promises, eh. I tried contacting their customer service about my delayed shipment, but they were no help at all, eh. It's obvious that they don't care about their customers or their satisfaction, eh. I really recommend avoiding this website, eh, and not making the same mistake I did by ordering from them, eh.
Delayed order with lack of communication
I'm super frustrated with this company's lack of communication and customer service. I ordered something on December 18, 2019, and I still haven't gotten any tracking info. I've tried reaching out through live chat, emails, and calls, but they're ignoring me. Treating customers like this is not cool, and I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from them to think twice.
Wavy hair extensions
I recently bought some wavy hair extensions from this company and let me tell you, the whole thing was a big letdown. They told me I would get another email when it shipped, but that never happened. After waiting more than 3 weeks, I finally got my package - a tiny envelope with Chinese writing on it that said "Human Hair." When I opened it up, I found straight, super fine hair instead of the wavy ones I ordered. When I tried putting them in, they were so thin that my own hair stuck out like a sore thumb. Total waste of cash. I should have checked the reviews first. Now, I don't have high hopes of getting my money back.
US company misrepresentation
My whole experience was a total disaster from start to finish. I was under the impression I was dealing with a company from the States, but turns out that wasn't the case at all. The whole thing was a total mess. Returning the hair? Good luck! Now I'm out $200, unless I manage to sell it nearby.

I just bought some curly hair extensions online, but they ended up being too small for my taste. So, I sent them back to the address they gave me and asked for a refund. But here's the kicker - they said they'd get back to me in 24 hours, and it's been 6 days with no word. It's super annoying and disappointing that they're taking so long to sort this out.

Poor quality halo hair extensions
As a stylist, I've bought a bunch of hair extensions from this company without any problems. But, when I got a pair of halo extensions for me and a client, both wires snapped within a week. They were pricey, but the quality wasn't as good as other brands I've used before. I tried to contact the company for an exchange, but got no reply at first, and then just a robotic response. It was disappointing because I had recommended the brand to my client based on my past good experiences. I wasn't able to fix the extensions for my client or return them, which made me feel like I let her down as a stylist.
Wrong color hair extensions
I wouldn't suggest buying from this company at all. Their customer service was just terrible, and their return policy is just plain ridiculous. When I got my order, the hair extensions were totally the wrong color. And to add insult to injury, they take a 30% restocking fee out of your refund and also try to dock the shipping costs from it too. It's been a whole 4 weeks of going back and forth on email, trying to figure out the right refund amount, even after sending them proof. This company is just a scam, plain and simple.

I bought some hair extensions back in April and I was super pumped to finally have long, gorgeous hair. But when I put them in at the end of May, man, was I let down. The hair was all matted and knotted, and the ends were so dry and fragile. When I tried to style it, the hair started burning and wouldn't even curl properly. I should have realized something was up when it was packaged like that cheap synthetic stuff. Definitely not worth the money.

I had such a great time shopping for hair extensions on this website! The customer service was amazing, they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I made a mistake and ordered the same thing more than once, which could have been bad for my wallet. But then Lillian got in touch with me to check if it was on purpose. She quickly cancelled the extra orders and made sure I'd get my money back soon. I was really impressed by how they paid attention to all the little details and gave me such personalized service. I definitely think you should shop here for all your hair extension needs!

Man, I was so let down by my whole ordeal of buying hair extensions online. Like, I put in my order and then crickets - no confirmation email, no tracking info, none of that good stuff. And every time I tried to check on my order, the stupid website just kept sending me back to the homepage. It's like, how am I supposed to track my order if I keep ending up there? Oh my gosh, this store is absolutely terrible! I attempted to cancel my order and had to threaten them with the Better Business Bureau just to get them to follow their OWN policy. And their customer service is a nightmare. I sent them two emails, called them countless times, and only managed to reach someone through their ridiculous "live chat." And the extensions I eventually received after all that trouble? Terrible quality! They were shedding like crazy and definitely not worth the money. I've tried better brands like Luxy and Dirty Looks, and they were way superior!

On top of that, the delivery was late and the customer service was so disappointing. When I tried to send the product back, I had to ship it all the way to China and it cost me even more money. I was so disappointed with my experience with this company. I sent a photo clearly showing the color of my hair, but when I got the hair extension, it didn't match at all. I returned it and asked for an exchange, but instead of giving me good customer service, they wanted to charge me a crazy 30% restock fee. After sending the item back and having it returned to me, I still haven't received an exchange, refund, or even the original hair extension back. This company basically took my money and left me with nothing. It's so frustrating and unacceptable that they won't deal with my problem. <br>Avoid this company at all costs, they're just a scam.
Platinum Blond Hair Extensions
So I bought these platinum blond hair extensions recently and man, what a letdown. They had all these black hairs mixed in, and the color treatment was so bad. The ends were dry as heck and the halo style had this huge non-elastic band that just would not stay put on my head. I tried to return them but it's been a whole ordeal, with the company and Paypal going back and forth and the shipping cost to China with tracking was basically the same as what I paid for the extensions. And they're only offering a 70% refund. Don't waste your money on this garbage product, seriously!
