My whole experience was a total disaster from start to finish. I was under the impression I was dealing with a company from the States, but turns out that wasn't the case at all. The whole thing was a total mess. Returning the hair? Good luck! Now I'm out $200, unless I manage to sell it nearby.

I just bought some curly hair extensions online, but they ended up being too small for my taste. So, I sent them back to the address they gave me and asked for a refund. But here's the kicker - they said they'd get back to me in 24 hours, and it's been 6 days with no word. It's super annoying and disappointing that they're taking so long to sort this out.

I bought some hair extensions from this place and they were really bad quality. I tried to return them but they keep asking me all these silly questions and won't give me my money back. It's been a whole week and I still don't have an address to send them back to!

I wouldn't suggest buying from this company at all. Their customer service was just terrible, and their return policy is just plain ridiculous. When I got my order, the hair extensions were totally the wrong color. And to add insult to injury, they take a 30% restocking fee out of your refund and also try to dock the shipping costs from it too. It's been a whole 4 weeks of going back and forth on email, trying to figure out the right refund amount, even after sending them proof. This company is just a scam, plain and simple.

I was so disappointed with my experience with this company. I sent a photo clearly showing the color of my hair, but when I got the hair extension, it didn't match at all. I returned it and asked for an exchange, but instead of giving me good customer service, they wanted to charge me a crazy 30% restock fee. After sending the item back and having it returned to me, I still haven't received an exchange, refund, or even the original hair extension back. This company basically took my money and left me with nothing. It's so frustrating and unacceptable that they won't deal with my problem. <br>Avoid this company at all costs, they're just a scam.

So I bought these platinum blond hair extensions recently and man, what a letdown. They had all these black hairs mixed in, and the color treatment was so bad. The ends were dry as heck and the halo style had this huge non-elastic band that just would not stay put on my head. I tried to return them but it's been a whole ordeal, with the company and Paypal going back and forth and the shipping cost to China with tracking was basically the same as what I paid for the extensions. And they're only offering a 70% refund. Don't waste your money on this garbage product, seriously!
