CommunicationI'm super frustrated with this company's lack of communication and customer service. I ordered something on December 18, 2019, and I still haven't gotten any tracking info. I've tried reaching out through live chat, emails, and calls, but they're ignoring me. Treating customers like this is not cool, and I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from them to think twice.
