I had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I bought micro loop extensions, and it turns out I got scammed just like many others, eh. It's disappointing to see that this company lacks integrity and doesn't follow through on their promises, eh. I tried contacting their customer service about my delayed shipment, but they were no help at all, eh. It's obvious that they don't care about their customers or their satisfaction, eh. I really recommend avoiding this website, eh, and not making the same mistake I did by ordering from them, eh.

I just bought some hair extensions from this company and paid extra for express shipping. But guess what, my package never showed up. I reached out to customer service and they told me my package got sent back to them. Even after showing proof that I didn't get my order, they wouldn't give me a refund. They just gave me a tracking number that didn't lead to anything. The person I talked to from customer service wasn't much help at all, and kept saying I had to wait for the extensions to come back before they'd give me my money back.
