Refund delay
I brought back two things for money back about a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund of more than £150. They told me they got the things on April 15th and that I would get my money back in 3 days. But today is May 9th and I still haven't seen any sign of my cash. I've reached out to customer service on the phone and through chat, and they blame it on payment issues in their system. Even though they know I returned the stuff, they're not offering to manually give me my money back. This kind of service just isn't right for a big company like this. It's frustrating to hear that lots of other customers are going through the same thing. The company's lack of responsibility is disappointing and I expect better from a brand that's supposed to be good. I won't be buying anything from them again.
