Wrong size ring
So, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size ring, oops! But the people at this shop are so friendly! I sent them an email over the weekend, even though they're supposed to be closed, and got a response right away from Sarah on Saturday and Sunday! She was incredibly kind and said they would send me a new ring in the correct size even though it was completely my fault. I asked her some more questions in a few emails and she always replied promptly. We had some really nice exchanges through emails and now I'm a huge fan of this shop! Thank you Sarah and everyone at this place, you folks are amazing!

Hey, so I brought back a bag in March and they told me everything was good to go for my refund within 3 days. But it's been well over a month now and I still haven't seen that money show up in my account. I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times but they keep giving me the run-around and not really saying anything helpful. They even tried to make it up to me by offering free next day shipping on my next order, which feels pretty insulting considering the whole mess. Such a bad experience.
