Unexpected change, happy ending

I booked a pickup for a Friday morning and everything looked fine on the app — clear time, easy booking. Then I arrived late Thursday and had to change hotels. I tried to call the customer number on the confirmation, but the recording said that wasn’t valid anymore and gave a different number. By then it was after 5 pm and the new line’s message said they don’t take calls over the weekend, only Monday at 9 am. I sent an email too and it bounced back. For a second I thought the whole thing was ruined. Come Monday morning I rang again — finally someone picked up, apologised and helped me change the pickup spot without fuss. That moment, when the rep actually sorted it out and confirmed the new location, is when I felt relieved and satisfied. Still, losing a weekend window and getting bounced emails was annoying; they should have better weekend support or an auto-change option. Overall the booking process is fine and the staff who answered were helpful, just needs more reliable contact options.

Missed return, decent outbound

The problem was the return: the confirmation I got didn’t show a full date, and apparently the booking was for the 28th instead of the 27th. Because it was a red‑eye I’d assumed the timing, so when nothing turned up I called and by then it was too late to salvage the original ride. Ended up taking a taxi that, annoyingly, cost me about $25 less than the company’s fare. I also lost the prepaid transfer fee because it was past the 24‑hour cancellation window. Customer support didn’t offer a good fix at that point. Small relief: the initial service was solid and the driver was professional, so it wasn’t all bad. Tip for others: double‑check the return date on the confirmation and ask for explicit pickup date/time — it would save you from a messy, expensive night.

This is my first time using a shuttle transportation booking service and I gotta say, it's been pretty good so far. Booking the shuttle online was easy peasy, no complications at all. Got a confirmation email with all the deets, which made me feel good about the whole thing. The real test will come when I actually take the shuttle to and from where I need to be. I took an airport shuttle service for my flight into NYC. My flight got delayed for 2 hours, so I was worried about how I would get to my destination once I landed. But, the driver texted me and actually waited for my flight to land. I was so relieved and grateful for the driver's proactive communication and flexibility. I had the worst experience with this service, eh. They didn't give me a receipt or email confirmation for my booking, so I thought I got scammed, eh. The phone number to contact them was no help at all, just kept sending me in circles with no one to talk to, eh. As a travel agent, this was super stressful for me 'cause it's my job to make sure my clients are looked after, eh. I had to spend extra cash to make sure their transfers were all sorted out, eh.

Shuttle ride from airport

The shuttle driver was so reckless and irresponsible, eh. She seemed like she was impaired, maybe drunk or high. She never wore a seatbelt, was always on FaceTime, and was all over the road swerving along with the music. Her crazy driving made us miss a bunch of turns, making the whole thing super scary and dangerous for everyone on the shuttle. It was pretty surprising to see someone running a shuttle service behave like that.

Cruise port pick-up

The driver, Mia, was amazing! She did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable and safe on our way from the cruise port to the airport. Even though our flight got canceled, Mia stayed cool and made sure we got there with lots of time to spare. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole trip easy and fun. We will definitely use this service again next time.

I just booked transportation online and it was so easy and handy. The price was way better than other choices out there. Can't wait to see if it's as good as I hope when I actually use it. Guess we'll have to wait and see if the service is really top-notch.

I was confused because the incorrect info wasn't in any of my emails confirming the booking. When I tried to cancel my trip back home, I had trouble. The website wasn't working right, and even when I tried reaching out to customer service, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. This made me wonder if the company didn't have enough staff or if they were purposely making it hard for customers to cancel their reservations.

The drivers were right on time when they picked us up and we really liked getting the text messages about when they would arrive. But it was hard to communicate with them because of a language barrier. Actually, one of the drivers had to use a translation app to talk to us, which made it a bit stressful to find them at the pickup spots. Also, their driving wasn't great - we saw one of them texting while driving. And during the rides, both drivers were on the phone speaking in a language we didn't understand, which made the trip not so fun for us.

The airport shuttle pickup was great, eh, but trying to confirm the return trip was a bit tricky, you know? At first, I thought I booked a round trip, but the paperwork only showed one way. After chatting with the company, everything got sorted out, and the return trip was just as good as the first one, eh. I also used the service in LA, going from the airport to Hollywood and back with no issues at all. The only problem I had was that the discount code I got from the shuttle service didn't work, eh.
