Gun purchase
I just bought a gun from this website, and man, was I ever let down. The site doesn't show the store's real inventory, which got my hopes up for nothing. The search filters are all wonky, and half the time the availability status is wrong. When I went to the actual store, turns out they had way more guns in the library than what was online. It's a real letdown for folks like me who need reliable info to decide what to buy.

Camera preorder cancellation
I had to cancel a camera order not long after I put it in. Surprisingly, the customer service team got back to me within 5 minutes of me sending an email about it. They canceled the order right away and I got a refund notification soon after. The fact that it was so easy to contact them and the rep was so nice made this a really good experience for me. I'll definitely be shopping at MOMENT again because of their awesome customer service.

Laser engraved locket purchase
The product options at this store are really good, but just so you know, they can get a bit pricey with all the extra stuff. I went with making my own locket and getting some pictures engraved on it, so I'm super excited to see how it all looks in the end! It was pretty easy to customize everything, but I did have some trouble picking out the chain type. The system kept booting me out for some reason, and it took me three annoying attempts before I could finally finish placing my order.

Photo prints
So I ordered these photo prints from a Canadian website to help out local businesses. I got a confirmation email right away and they charged me, but it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the prints! I tried to reach them through online chat, phone, and email, but no response. Come on! How difficult is it to provide an update on my prints, eh? This is seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Boots, riding jacket, and gloves
I just bought some boots, a riding jacket, and a couple pairs of gloves and honestly, I'm pretty impressed. The size guide was bang on and everything fit like a glove. Plus, delivery was super quick - it even showed up earlier than I thought it would. But what really blew me away was the awesome customer service. I was looking for a good software to edit my long videos and I came across this one. It's super easy to use and makes it a breeze to trim and merge videos. I tried the Windows version and it was awesome, but I've heard the Mac version is even better. I think I'll keep using this software moving forward.
