I recently bought a handbag from this store and I have to say, I was really impressed with how they communicated and served their customers. Black leather handbag
I just bought this awesome black leather handbag from the store and I gotta say, I'm absolutely in love with it. It's just the right size and style I was looking for, plus I got it at a sweet discount. Not to mention, the packaging was on point which made getting and using it even better. I've been getting so many compliments on it and now it's my go-to bag for everyday stuff. So yeah, I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally recommend this store to anyone.
Bag purchase
The communication from the store was amazing, they kept me in the loop the whole time and answered all my questions right away. When I got my bag, I was so happy with how gorgeous it looked. But I was a little bummed that I didn't have the choice to have it boxed or that it didn't come with a dust bag. I thought for the price I paid, it should have had a better presentation and some protection for my purchase.
Three Different Pendants
My recent buyin' of three of the same pendants to give as gifts to me mates was a bit of a letdown since they came in different packages. Now I gotta buy more gift bags to give 'em to me friends proper-like. The pendants themselves are alright, but the mix-up in packaging was a surprise and a hassle. I was happy with the stuff I got, but the different packaging kinda took away from the whole thing. Cheers.

I got some really awesome stuff that looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It arrived in a really nice package and I absolutely love all the products. They're really high-quality and I'm just so happy with them! 😍
Earrings with unclear safety warning
Just got my earrings and noticed a warning saying they're not safe for kids under 12. What makes them so unsafe for children? Seems a bit drastic to me.
Sweatshirt and handbag
My recent trip to Kate Spade was awesome, eh! I picked up a beautiful sweatshirt and handbag on sale, and I'm totally thrilled with them, eh! The quality is top-notch, and they're already some of my favorite pieces. The customer service was top-notch too, making my shopping experience a total breeze, eh! I'll for sure be heading back to Kate Spade for more stylish finds to add to my wardrobe, eh!
My new stuff!
Oh my goodness, I picked up some really adorable items from here and I can't wait to show them off! The packaging was so nice and everything arrived right on schedule. I haven't gifted the items yet, but I just know the recipient will love them - they're just so stylish and fun. Ordering was a breeze and the quality of the items is top-notch, no complaints whatsoever.

Refund issue
My experience with this store has been pretty disappointing, eh. It was my first and last time shopping here, don'tcha know. I returned something and have been waiting for a refund for almost a week, buddy. The customer service I got was brutal, they fibbed about when I'd get my money back and I've had way better experiences with other stores before, eh. Overall, real lousy customer service from start to finish, for sure.
Next day delivery for a pair of shoes
I shelled out extra cash for next day delivery on these shoes because I needed them ASAP for an event. But what a bummer - the shoes showed up a whole week later, way after the event was over. I was so let down by the delay since I had forked out more money for quick delivery. When you pay for next day delivery, you expect to get your stuff right away, but that wasn't the case this time. I thought a well-known company like this would have better service.
Got a purse
I bought the cutest purse at the store, but guess what? It only came in a dust bag! Not cool at all. I mean, why wouldn't they include a nice box, especially if it's a gift for someone special?
Kate Spade earrings - butterflies with mother of pearl
OMG, I just picked up these earrings and they are seriously so gorgeous! They sparkle like diamonds and the mother of pearl detail is really cool. Plus, the delivery was so quick and the packaging was adorable! It felt like opening a present. I'm super excited to rock these earrings everywhere I go.
Green bifold wallet
The color of this wallet is gorgeous, it matches the brand's classic green shade so well. But I'm a bit unsure about how long it will last. Even though I got it on sale, it still cost me a lot of money, so I'm not sure if it's really worth the investment.

Laptop bag size disappointment
I was pretty bummed out when I got the bag because it didn't fit my work laptop, which is 14 inches. The description didn't say anything about what size it could hold, so I was surprised to find out it only fits a 13-inch Mac. The bag looks really nice and seems well-made, but it just doesn't work for me.
Quick service and notification
The service was really fast and efficient, which was great. I liked that they kept me in the loop about my order. But I was kind of bummed out that my handbag didn't come with a box or dust bag for storage. It would have been a nice touch to have those included, especially since the item was pretty pricey.
