CommunicationI was pretty bummed out when I got the bag because it didn't fit my work laptop, which is 14 inches. The description didn't say anything about what size it could hold, so I was surprised to find out it only fits a 13-inch Mac. The bag looks really nice and seems well-made, but it just doesn't work for me.

CommunicationThe communication from the store was amazing, they kept me in the loop the whole time and answered all my questions right away. When I got my bag, I was so happy with how gorgeous it looked. But I was a little bummed that I didn't have the choice to have it boxed or that it didn't come with a dust bag. I thought for the price I paid, it should have had a better presentation and some protection for my purchase.
