Product confidence and communication
I recently bought something from FC-Mot and gotta admit, I was a bit worried about how it would all go down, seeing as I was ordering from so far away. But man, they really impressed me with how well they kept me in the loop about my order's journey. FC-Mot turned out to be super reliable and easy to work with. They followed through on everything they said they would, and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. It made me pretty darn happy, to be honest. Actually, I was so pleased that I went ahead and bought something else from them too.
Motorcycle helmet purchase
I just bought a motorcycle helmet from this online store and I have to tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The helmet came in perfect shape, the right size just like I wanted - despite what some of the bad reviews had said. The packaging was amazing and the delivery was quick. It only took 5 days to come all the way from Germany to Cyprus, and then another 3 days from the local post to my place. All in all, I'm super impressed with the service and I would definitely suggest this website for buying motorcycle gear.
Covert FX helmet ordered
I just ordered a Covert FX helmet from this store. But when the package came, it was missing the dark smoke visor that was supposed to be in there. At first I was pretty annoyed, but I reached out to customer service and they fixed it right up. They sent the missing visor right away and it got to me in just a few days. The helmet itself was in great shape and fit me perfectly. All in all, even though there was a little hiccup at first, I'm happy with both the product and the service I got.

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this online store and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went. Motorcycle gear purchase
Nice work! Some reviews aren't so hot, but I managed to save some cash even with import fees. Everything fits pretty good, although the helmet is a bit snug right now but should loosen up with wear. The boots are a bit stiff at first, but they'll get more comfortable after a few weeks. The goggles go perfectly with the helmet, and the summer gloves are fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here!
Boots, riding jacket, and gloves
I just bought some boots, a riding jacket, and a couple pairs of gloves and honestly, I'm pretty impressed. The size guide was bang on and everything fit like a glove. I just bought a leather jacket from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The leather is thick and soft, so it's good for any time of year. I wasn't sure about ordering from a German site, but I found the helmets I wanted at a much better price. I was a bit worried about extra taxes, but there weren't any, and my delivery came really quickly and without any issues. I would definitely recommend this site for motorcycle gear at prices you can't beat.

I just bought my husband a new pair of waterproof motorcycle boots. They're Daytona boots and lemme tell ya, they're comfy, stylish, and actually keep his feet dry! The service from the company was top-notch, and the boots got here right on time. My husband is thrilled with them!
Jacket and gloves in two sizes
Even though I've had good experiences with FC-Mot before, my recent order for a jacket and gloves in two sizes turned into a total nightmare. The package was all messed up during delivery, and one pair of gloves was nowhere to be found. To make things worse, the store didn't want to fix the mistake and left me to deal with the delivery company they had picked. The delivery folks claim they never got my order, and I never got any updates about it. This whole mess not only made me lose a pair of gloves but also made the jacket I did get super pricey and not even worth ordering from Germany instead of the U.K. After this bad time, I've decided I won't be buying from FC-Mot again.
