support fixed my missing items so I'm satisfied. I contacted them yesterday about an incomplete shipment; Daniel Kaiser was calm and helpful. Minor delays.

Halfway through checkout I hesitated — had a bad run with another shop, shipping nightmares — but they shipped next-day, package arrived fast and intact, and their customer emails were clear, so my doubts melted away.

As a loyal customer, I was pretty bummed about having UPS handle my delivery instead of DHL. DHL has always been my go-to for deliveries because they're super reliable. It would mean a lot to me if they could start offering their services for international deliveries to India in the future. Even with this hiccup, the motorcycle gear I bought was top-notch, just what I was looking for.

I got this really awesome motorcycle jacket from that store and I was super pumped to rock it, but it's already been a whole week and still no sign of it. Ugh!

I just bought a motorcycle helmet from this online store and I have to tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The helmet came in perfect shape, the right size just like I wanted - despite what some of the bad reviews had said. The packaging was amazing and the delivery was quick. It only took 5 days to come all the way from Germany to Cyprus, and then another 3 days from the local post to my place. All in all, I'm super impressed with the service and I would definitely suggest this website for buying motorcycle gear.

Even though I've had good experiences with FC-Mot before, my recent order for a jacket and gloves in two sizes turned into a total nightmare. The package was all messed up during delivery, and one pair of gloves was nowhere to be found. To make things worse, the store didn't want to fix the mistake and left me to deal with the delivery company they had picked. The delivery folks claim they never got my order, and I never got any updates about it. This whole mess not only made me lose a pair of gloves but also made the jacket I did get super pricey and not even worth ordering from Germany instead of the U.K. After this bad time, I've decided I won't be buying from FC-Mot again.
