FC-Mot - Reviews and experiences

I wouldn’t count on fast delivery here, though the site itself had some nice bits. I ordered about €500 worth of clothes for my daily work wardrobe — stuff I wear commuting and to meetings — and I needed it within a couple of weeks. Everything showed “in stock” with 2–3 business days shipping, so I assumed no sweat. That turned out to be wrong. After nine days with no update I opened a support ticket and got an automated reply saying none of the four items were actually available and they’d be restocked on the 18th. I tried to get a partial shipment (would’ve been fine) but replies to that email didn’t work, so I opened another ticket. By the 21st, still radio silence except for the same canned message, even though the restock date had already passed. Phone line was dead the whole time. So, communication was the big letdown — felt like talking to a bot on repeat. What surprised me in a good way: the photos and sizing info on the site were actually helpful and clear, and prices weren’t terrible, so if they fixed inventory accuracy and gave a real human channel it could be decent. For now, though, I’d only order if you’re patient and don’t need the items soon.

I recently got myself some awesome boots and let me tell you, they are totally worth it! I was told they would be sent out on a specific day, but they actually came earlier than I thought. The quality is even better than I expected, and the customer service was amazing. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and the staff were so nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great shopping experience that I would definitely suggest to others.
