High-quality products, prompt delivery, excellent customer service
I just bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the quality. They got my order to me real quick and the packaging was top notch - you could tell they care about the little details. The customer service was outstanding too. One of the things I ordered was sold out, but the guy Rory took care of it like a pro and found a solution without any fuss. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and I'll definitely be back for more. Hawes & Curtis really knows how to do things right - other companies should take notes.

French cuff shirts for husband
I recently ordered French cuff shirts for my husband from this store for the holidays, I couldn't find them anywhere else. The shirts are so nice, really well-made with beautiful colors and fabrics that my husband adores. The shipping was super fast, and you can't beat the quality and price. I'm really impressed and will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Jacket and trousers
The return process at this store is so annoying! I brought back a jacket to get another size, but it took them so long to do it that they ran out of the right size. And now I'm stuck with these pants they won't take back. I'm also not impressed with the quality - the sleeves are way too tight compared to other brands.
Summer 2024 catalogue
Hey, so guess what? I just got the Summer 2024 catalogue and man, it was such a disappointment. The quality was really bad and the colors were all off, especially on page 22. It seemed like they were going for the clearance section or something. There were hardly any items and they didn't even look that great. Such a letdown!
Funny policy
The store has this strange rule where you can't actually try on the shirt you want to buy. They only have sample sizes for you to try, but they are all stretched out from being tried on so many times. It's like, how are we supposed to know if the shirt will look good on us if we can't try it on properly? We were looking for a cool patterned shirt to go with some pants but couldn't even see if it matched before buying.
Overall, just a weird policy.

I just went to the store to buy a shirt, and let me tell you, Barbie and her team went above and beyond with the service. Barbie was super helpful and nice, and she really knew her stuff when it came to helping me pick out a shirt. Her advice was on point and made my shopping trip even better. Dress Pants
I bought nine pairs of dress pants for 2000 USD, but when they arrived, the waist was too small. I tried to exchange them by sending them back to the UK. Unfortunately, they rejected my return because the pants were altered and couldn't be resold, which wasn't mentioned on the website. Now I'm stuck with pants that don't fit and wasted my money. I'm really disappointed and angry, and I won't be buying from them again. I'll also tell others not to shop there.

I bought 4 shirts from this store not long ago, eh, and two of them have already ripped in the arm after just a couple of months, eh. I've been a loyal customer of other big shirt brands for more than 20 years, and this has never happened before, eh. One thing I noticed is that this store doesn't offer a guarantee period like the other brands do, eh - they usually have a 6-month guarantee, eh. When I reached out to customer service about the ripped shirts, they told me it was too late to do anything about it, eh. It seems like these shirts aren't meant to last more than 6-8 wears, and that's pretty disappointing, eh. After looking at other reviews, it seems like a lot of customers have had the same issue, which might explain why there's no guarantee, eh. Also, I want to make it clear that the response from customer service saying I accepted a solution is not true - I haven't accepted anything, eh.
Slim-fit white shirts
I recently bought some slim-fit white shirts and they are just perfect! They fit really well, snug but not too tight, making it easy to move around without always having to tuck them in. The design is very flattering and the material is high quality, staying clean longer than my other white shirts. I will definitely be buying more from this brand in the future.

But then they lost all my info and didn't give me a call back like they promised. I had to bug them a bunch of times, and in the end, they just told me to check out another place! It was such a waste of time dealing with them, now I gotta start from scratch. Not cool, man.

These folks are doing alright, but what bugs me is they don't bring packages right to the door. Like, how are you supposed to fit ten things in a tiny mailbox? It's impossible, like trying to shove a turkey through a keyhole. Let's go, ramp up that delivery service!

Your website is super frustrating! I wanted to buy 2 shirts but I had so many issues. I couldn't register or make a purchase using Firefox or MS Edge, I had to switch to my phone eventually. Not cool at all!
Delayed Verification Process
I was super annoyed about how long it took to confirm my order. The security team sent me an email explaining the delay, but when I asked for tracking details, I got no response. It got me thinking the website might not be legit. But then I figured out that the delay was because of their security checks, and they did eventually complete the process like they said they would. I was just too impatient, I guess.
Dress shirt purchase
I just got this new dress shirt and it's really great quality. The fit was perfect, just how I wanted it. But man, the shipping was a total mess. It took way longer than I thought, even though it did eventually make it to Canada on time. Dealing with the local customs and delivery folks was a pain - it took almost two weeks!
