CommunicationSo I went to this spot in Leeds to find a suit for my wedding. I found the perfect suit, and the dude there was really nice and helpful. But then they lost all my info and didn't give me a call back like they promised. I had to bug them a bunch of times, and in the end, they just told me to check out another place! It was such a waste of time dealing with them, now I gotta start from scratch. Not cool, man.

CommunicationI was super annoyed about how long it took to confirm my order. The security team sent me an email explaining the delay, but when I asked for tracking details, I got no response. It got me thinking the website might not be legit. But then I figured out that the delay was because of their security checks, and they did eventually complete the process like they said they would. I was just too impatient, I guess.
