I recently ordered French cuff shirts for my husband from this store for the holidays, I couldn't find them anywhere else. The shirts are so nice, really well-made with beautiful colors and fabrics that my husband adores. The shipping was super fast, and you can't beat the quality and price. Hey, so guess what? I just got the Summer 2024 catalogue and man, it was such a disappointment. The quality was really bad and the colors were all off, especially on page 22. It seemed like they were going for the clearance section or something. There were hardly any items and they didn't even look that great. Such a letdown!

I've been a loyal customer of other big shirt brands for more than 20 years, and this has never happened before, eh. One thing I noticed is that this store doesn't offer a guarantee period like the other brands do, eh - they usually have a 6-month guarantee, eh. When I reached out to customer service about the ripped shirts, they told me it was too late to do anything about it, eh. It seems like these shirts aren't meant to last more than 6-8 wears, and that's pretty disappointing, eh. After looking at other reviews, it seems like a lot of customers have had the same issue, which might explain why there's no guarantee, eh. Also, I want to make it clear that the response from customer service saying I accepted a solution is not true - I haven't accepted anything, eh.
