Lens purchase with accessories
I gotta say, the lenses from this place are really top-notch. I recently decided to beef up my lens collection and went with the T series lenses, along with some filters and a travel case. The quality of the lenses and filter adapters is amazing, and the folks helping out were pretty helpful when I needed mounting instructions. But, I was kinda bummed out by the lack of info in the package. It would have been great to have some clear instructions on how to properly mount the lenses. Also, I found it weird that the lens case stayed the same size, even though the newer lenses are bigger. Seems like a missed chance to upgrade and provide a better fitting case.
Phone camera lenses
This company has absolutely amazing customer service! When I ran into an issue with my order, they really went out of their way to fix it up for me. I haven't had a chance to try out the lenses thoroughly, but they look super sleek and seem to be really well-crafted. The packaging was also really lovely, it made me feel like they truly take pride in their products. The only thing I would suggest is making the lenses a little sturdier, like by adding a metal piece for extra protection. But all in all, I'm genuinely pleased with my buys and would totally recommend them to anyone.
Anamorphic T-series Gold Flare Lens
I bought the Anamorphic T-series Gold Flare lens recently and got it delivered fine at first. But when I got it, I saw a little issue with the coating. I know things can go wrong sometimes in production, but still, it was a bummer getting a flawed product. I emailed customer service about it, and they replied really quickly. I sent them some pics of the defect, and they sent a replacement right away. The lens itself is great quality, but what really impressed me was the awesome customer service. All in all, my experience with Moment was really good.
35mm camera order
I recently ordered a 35mm camera and I was so excited to try it out. But when it arrived, I had trouble loading the film properly. I tried to figure it out on my own, but ended up contacting customer service for assistance. I got in touch with Szabolcs, who was super friendly and helpful. He sorted out a replacement camera for me right away, and it came the next day. The new camera works like a charm and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently they resolved my issue.
Camera Case
I just got myself a camera case and man, I'm super happy with it. The quality is amazing, exactly what I wanted. The customer service was top-notch too. I had a little hiccup with the lens mount, but the support team fixed it up quick and smooth. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product. Overall, I'm seriously impressed with both the product and the service.
Refresher course enrollment
Their website move caused some trouble with my course sign-up, but the customer service was excellent. Szabolcs was fast and dependable, and after a few quick emails, I was able to re-enroll and get back to my studies. Overall, it was a seamless experience.
Preordered camera
I preordered a camera and had to wait almost a whole month for it to ship because there were way more people wanting it than they thought. Moment kept me in the loop the whole time, letting me know how close I was to getting my hands on it and when it was finally headed my way. Even though the wait was interminable, the camera showed up a day earlier than I thought and I'm totally obsessed with it already. Big thanks to the Moment team for going the extra mile with the updates.
iPhone case purchase
I ordered the wrong iPhone case from Moment by accident, but thankfully Brionne from Moment noticed the mistake and assisted me in correcting it! She emailed me with tips on how to ensure that all the components for my new phone (case, insert, lens, etc.) would be compatible. The customer service was excellent and I am truly grateful for the individualized assistance. If it had been a different store, I would have been stuck handling returns and trying to sort everything on my own.
Bought super cool lenses
I recently picked up some incredible camera lenses from this shop and I am absolutely in love with them! I've had them for years now, since 2015, and they still work like a charm. It's like carrying around a top-of-the-line camera in my pocket! I can't get over how great their products are and I can't wait to see what they release next. I'm a forever fan and I will definitely be purchasing more from them down the road!
Camera preorder cancellation
I had to cancel a camera order not long after I put it in. Surprisingly, the customer service team got back to me within 5 minutes of me sending an email about it. They canceled the order right away and I got a refund notification soon after. The fact that it was so easy to contact them and the rep was so nice made this a really good experience for me. I'll definitely be shopping at MOMENT again because of their awesome customer service.
Mobile travel app assistance
I use this travel app on my phone a lot, and I ran into some issues with storage recently. The customer service team, especially Jamm, was really helpful and knew their stuff. They were patient and professional in helping me fix the problem. It gave me peace of mind knowing they are there to help quickly and effectively if I have any more problems in the future.

Split shipment order
I ordered a split shipment and received the first part. Unfortunately, the second part was missing. Customer service was quick to respond at first, but there was a delay in resolving the issue. Thankfully, the second attempt was super fast! The missing part arrived the next day without me even realizing it.
Magsafe cage and T-series lenses
I got a Magsafe case and a couple of T-series lenses from MOMENT, but they didn't fit with my phone. So, I decided to shoot them an email, and they promptly sent me a replacement. To top it off, they even hooked me up with store credit. It was a really nice gesture on their part. I'm thrilled with the way they resolved my problem!
Excellent customer service
I gotta say, the folks at this spot really know how to take care of their customers. As soon as I stepped through the door, they made me feel like I was their top priority. They didn't waste any time in helping me out and they were so kind and attentive. It's not every day you find such heartfelt service, and I truly valued it. I'll for sure be back to buy more stuff down the road, and I'll be happy to do so.
Camera purchase
I ordered a camera forever ago and it's STILL not here! But whenever I email them, they're so nice and understanding. It feels like they really care about me and my order, even though it's taking forever. I tell all my friends about this company, even if they're not into cameras! So happy I came across them!
Incorrect items received
This order was a total mess - got the wrong stuff, deliveries were all mixed up, communication was so slow. But you know what? At the end of it all, the company came through and fixed everything. Gotta give them credit for sticking to their word and making sure we were happy. Good on them.

Late and frustrating deliveries
I can't believe it - my order got lost or sent to the wrong address not once, but twice! I was so frustrated, couldn't believe this was happening to me. But shoutout to Javier at MOMENT, he seriously went the extra mile to sort everything out for me. He was so patient and made sure I finally got my hands on my order. What a relief, I was over the moon!
