Preordered camera
I preordered a camera and had to wait almost a whole month for it to ship because there were way more people wanting it than they thought. Moment kept me in the loop the whole time, letting me know how close I was to getting my hands on it and when it was finally headed my way. Even though the wait was interminable, the camera showed up a day earlier than I thought and I'm totally obsessed with it already. Big thanks to the Moment team for going the extra mile with the updates.
Bought super cool lenses
I recently picked up some incredible camera lenses from this shop and I am absolutely in love with them! I've had them for years now, since 2015, and they still work like a charm. It's like carrying around a top-of-the-line camera in my pocket! I can't get over how great their products are and I can't wait to see what they release next. I'm a forever fan and I will definitely be purchasing more from them down the road!
Camera preorder cancellation
I had to cancel a camera order not long after I put it in. Surprisingly, the customer service team got back to me within 5 minutes of me sending an email about it. They canceled the order right away and I got a refund notification soon after. The fact that it was so easy to contact them and the rep was so nice made this a really good experience for me. I'll definitely be shopping at MOMENT again because of their awesome customer service.
Excellent customer service
I gotta say, the folks at this spot really know how to take care of their customers. As soon as I stepped through the door, they made me feel like I was their top priority. They didn't waste any time in helping me out and they were so kind and attentive. It's not every day you find such heartfelt service, and I truly valued it. I'll for sure be back to buy more stuff down the road, and I'll be happy to do so.
Split shipment order
I ordered a split shipment and received the first part. Unfortunately, the second part was missing. Customer service was quick to respond at first, but there was a delay in resolving the issue. Thankfully, the second attempt was super fast! The missing part arrived the next day without me even realizing it.
Camera purchase
I ordered a camera forever ago and it's STILL not here! But whenever I email them, they're so nice and understanding. It feels like they really care about me and my order, even though it's taking forever. I tell all my friends about this company, even if they're not into cameras! So happy I came across them!
Split shipment request
The customer service at this place was amazing, eh! I had a split shipment request and they made sure to keep me in the loop about the status of my order and back order. They even followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was in the know, which I really appreciated, eh. Not only were they super nice and quick to respond, but the product I got was top-notch quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, eh!
My recent purchase
My recent purchase was a bit of a ride, eh? I got two packages – one showed up fast and in tip-top shape, but the other one went missing during delivery. I gave customer service a shout and Becca got back to me right quick, taking care of the problem right away. I gotta say, I really liked the awesome and friendly service MOMENT gave me. Even with that little bump, I’ll be sure to keep them in mind for my next shopping spree.
Moment app and lens
I love the folks on the Moment team because they're so helpful and really know their stuff. They always give great advice. The Moment app is fantastic, even without the lens. It's super easy to learn and use with some really cool tutorials. I'm so excited to get my hands on the lens!
Lenses
Your team got back to me really fast and gave me some great advice. I'm so excited to get my new lenses! I've been in sales for almost 40 years, so I understand how important it is to make people feel like they're important by being helpful.
Late and frustrating deliveries
I can't believe it - my order got lost or sent to the wrong address not once, but twice! I was so frustrated, couldn't believe this was happening to me. But shoutout to Javier at MOMENT, he seriously went the extra mile to sort everything out for me. He was so patient and made sure I finally got my hands on my order. What a relief, I was over the moon!
