Late and frustrating deliveries
I can't believe it - my order got lost or sent to the wrong address not once, but twice! I was so frustrated, couldn't believe this was happening to me. But shoutout to Javier at MOMENT, he seriously went the extra mile to sort everything out for me. He was so patient and made sure I finally got my hands on my order. What a relief, I was over the moon!

Treadmill purchase, £3,500
I decided to invest in a new treadmill and splurged on one that cost around $3,500. I was really pumped to kickstart my fitness goals, but that feeling didn't last long. The treadmill crapped out just a few months after the warranty ended. This "top-of-the-line" machine turned out to be a total nightmare, giving me nothing but problems and stress. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them again.
