WagJag groceries purchase
I've been shopping on WagJag for groceries regularly, and I have to say, their prices really stand out compared to other stores. Recently, I tried their prepackaged frozen meat and it has been a game-changer for my meal prep, especially on those super busy weeks. The quality of the meat is top-notch and it has made cooking meals a lot easier. Not only that, but I also had a great experience with their customer service. When I reached out with a concern, the representative was so helpful and took care of the issue right away, without me even having to ask. I saw a lot of bad reviews about the Halloween Night of Lights deal, but it sounded too good to pass up. I wasn't really sure if it would all pan out, but I thought, why not give it a shot? So, I went ahead and bought the deal, then had to enter a promo code on the Night of Lights website. And guess what? It actually worked! I scored a $28 ticket for only $17 by using an extra discount from the Honey app. Now I just have to wait and see if everything goes smoothly when I attend the event. So far, all seems good and I can't wait to check out the light show!
Grocerry purchase
I gotta say, the grocery section at this online retailer is top-notch. They've got a great selection of high-quality meats at really good prices. I was blown away by their Wagyu cuts - so delicious and you could totally tell they were top notch. The ordering process was super easy, customer service was awesome, and their prices can't be beat. Plus, my delivery was fast and smooth. All in all, I'm one happy customer and will definitely be coming back for more.
Video game system and chicken wings
I just bought an old school video game system and a bunch of chicken wings from this website, and let me tell you, I am super happy with both items. The video game system is a sweet deal because it has a ton of awesome games in one little package, giving me tons of fun times. And the chicken wings were a big success too, they cook up perfectly in my air fryer and have made for some epic nights with pals - eating hot wings and playing old-school games.
Defective and missing items order
I bought a bunch of stuff from this online store recently, eh. And, you know, I've run into some issues with every order, unfortunately. So, the first one was some alcohol wipes that came real quick, but they were bone dry when I opened 'em up, eh. Then, the second order was a dash cam for the car, which took forever to show up. And when it did, the box was way lighter than it should've been. When I checked, the camera was missing, only the extras were there. Today, the third order came in, and it was two motion-activated lights with LED bulbs, but only one light was in the box, eh. Plus, the packaging was all beat up. I reached out to customer service about the first two orders, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm thinking of contacting them again about the last order, but I'm getting pretty frustrated and not sure what to do next, eh. Any ideas on how to get a refund would be super helpful.
Two pairs of earrings purchase
Sorry, bud, but listen to this. So, I bought my wife two pairs of earrings, right? Well, only one pair showed up. I got on the horn with customer service right away, sent 'em all the proof of my order. I kept at 'em for three whole days, calling non-stop, but I couldn't get a hold of anybody – just kept gettin' hung up on. Finally, after loads of tries, I got through to someone who understood my problem and told me they'd fix it up. But you know what? The next day when I checked back like they said, they straight up ignored me. Man, I'm tellin' ya, this whole runaround and lack of fixing things up, it's just real disappointing and gets a fella all worked up, eh?
Massage deal
I scored a great deal on WagJag for a massage - it was a steal! Only paid $30 for two massages from students at a popular college. They were so professional and did a fantastic job, I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Couldn't believe how good the service was for such a low price. Definitely gonna keep looking for more awesome deals like this on WagJag.

WagJag steaks
I just bought some steaks from WagJag and they were so good! The Wagyu Ribeye was my favorite, it was delicious. They came vacuum-sealed and frozen, which kept them super fresh and tasty.
Pacific salmon order
Eh, I've visited this website a couple times and for the most part, the things I've ordered have been pretty good. But let me tell you, the Pacific salmon I got in my latest order was a real letdown. They said it was American, but turns out it was processed in China. The salmon was dry, had zero flavour, and stank pretty bad. I'm bugged they didn't mention the Chinese part in the ad, especially with all the buzz about food safety these days. I ain't gonna be trusting any Chinese food products after this. That salmon ain't safe to eat, no way. I even tried giving it to my dog, but even he wasn't too thrilled with it.
4-Slice Toaster
Eh, they took your money and lied to you, eh! I ordered a toaster and it's been 5 weeks, where's my order, eh? I'm so mad, I just want my toaster already, eh!
Wild Pacific Salmon purchase
I bought two sets of Wild Pacific Salmon recently using a WagJag deal to save some cash on groceries. Unfortunately, when I got the products, I was super let down by the quality. The salmon fillets were actually thin scraps and pieces, and a big part of each fillet was just the less tasty tail end. Plus, the fish was all wrapped up in so much plastic, which was not only disappointing but not great for the environment either. And to top it off, the packaging said the fish came from China and was packed in Russia, which made me worried about the quality and where it came from. This whole thing has left me feeling pretty annoyed and unsatisfied with WagJag's stuff.
Frozen meat boxes
Just got my shipment of frozen meat boxes from WagJag, and boy oh boy, what a mess it was. The bistro steaks were all frozen in twos, making it tricky to cook an odd number. And those chicken breasts, all frozen in one huge block - impossible to separate without thawing everything! And let's not even talk about the burgers that arrived half thawed - no thanks, not risking my health on those. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering frozen meat boxes from this place.

I bought 5 things and only got 3 of them, eh! I've been trying to email them forever, and nobody is answering me, eh! It's been like a gazillion months, eh! They took all my money for stuff I didn't even get, eh! Just don't do it, okay, eh?
Snow pants
Oh my goodness, I gotta tell ya - I ordered these snow pants online and it was such a nightmare. They told me they had 'em in stock, so I went ahead and paid for them. But then, they hit me with a 'oops, sorry, we don't have them after all.' To top it off, they charged me twice! I had to call up my bank to sort it out and let me tell ya, I won't be shopping there ever again.
Warning about scammers
Hey, just a heads up - don't trust those folks! I got majorly scammed when I tried to buy from them. They're basically like sneaky thieves creeping in the dark, taking your cash and leaving you high and dry. For real, steer clear unless you're cool with getting ripped off too.
Defective BBQ
OMG! So, I got this BBQ and it was like, totally broken. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?! It didn't even work after a week! I tried calling them, but they were all like, "We're not even taking calls right now, sorry not sorry". So rude! I've been emailing them for weeks and still no response. Ugh, I can't even with them right now. Do they not care about their customers at all?
Expanding garden hose
I bought two of those fancy expanding garden hoses off this site and man, were they a letdown. Both hoses popped right open in the middle after only 5 days of use. So, I tried calling customer service right away, but nobody answered the phone. I just got a dumb message telling me to email them instead. So I did, explaining everything that happened. It's been a whole two weeks now and I still haven't heard a peep back from them. This lack of customer support is just not cool. Makes me wonder if this place is even legit. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from them to really reconsider before dropping your cash.
