Oh, I gotta say, the shipping is super fast! You don't have to sit around forever waiting for your stuff to show up. It's kinda like magic how it gets to your door in no time. Yeah, the packaging might not be fancy, but who really cares when you're getting your stuff so quick, right? His tip to "forget" the 2.4 GHz network on my Android phone ended up being the key that made the installation go smoothly. Now everything's working like a charm, and I'm happy with both the product and the support. Eh, good stuff.

I had a problem with my booking for a first-class train ticket from Milan to Venice. I messed up and booked it for the wrong month, and only realized this on the night before we were supposed to leave. I tried to reach out to customer service, but couldn't get ahold of anyone. So, I had to spend way too much time trying to fix it on the website for the next day. It was so frustrating and took forever. Finally managed to change the tickets, only to find out we got bumped down to a lower class than what we paid for. It was really disappointing and definitely not the service I was expecting.
