Installation support on IP based security system
Eh, so as someone who's set up a bunch of IP security systems, I gotta say, this one gave me trouble. Even with my know-how, I had to reach out to tech support for some help. The guy I talked to really knew his stuff, eh. He stayed cool and focused, and gave me a bunch of ideas to get my phone and doorbell talking over WiFi. His tip to "forget" the 2.4 GHz network on my Android phone ended up being the key that made the installation go smoothly. Now everything's working like a charm, and I'm happy with both the product and the support. Eh, good stuff.
Bought some security cameras
The person who helped me out was really nice and super helpful, and I really liked their positive attitude. It made my life a whole lot easier because I was having a tough time getting my security cameras set up. They took the time to guide me through each step patiently, and I was finally able to get everything working smoothly. At 86 years old, having someone who was patient and understanding was a huge help for me. I appreciate the great customer service for seniors like me, thank you!
Security camera system
I just bought a security camera system and had trouble trying to view the cameras on my phone. I called customer service for help and was happy with how quickly and efficiently they helped me out. The person who helped me was really nice and understanding, which was awesome because I'm not great with technology. In just 15 minutes, they fixed my issue and I could see my cameras on my phone with no more problems. I'm happy with the fast and helpful customer service I got.
NVR system factory reset assistance
I just had this issue with my old NVR system and I spent forever scouring the internet for a fix. Finally, I gave in and reached out to support. The person I talked to was so nice and gave me a temporary password to reset everything. It was a real lifesaver because I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new system. Luckily, I got everything sorted and running again in no time, just 15 minutes. I was really impressed by how helpful the support was.
Port on my security system not working
My security system's last port stopped working when I added two new cameras after a year. I was worried I'd need to buy a new system, but thank goodness the customer service lady came through and helped me out. So thankful for her assistance!

I just got some security cameras and let me tell you, I'm really happy with how well they work. With these cameras, I can check on my place from anywhere, which really puts my mind at ease. And when I needed some help understanding how to use certain features, the customer service team was super friendly and knew their stuff. Overall, I'd say it's a good deal for the quality of these security cameras at this price.
Lorex Camera system gift
This camera system from Lorex was actually a gift and I was kind of struggling with it at first. But, ya know, I ended up talking to a rep and they were just awesome. So patient, so kind, and they really knew their stuff. And lemme tell ya, the cameras themselves are top-notch quality.
