    I was checking out this website and it said not to wait for Black Friday cause the prices wouldn't drop any lower, so I went ahead and bought the security camera system. But then when Black Friday came around, I saw it was actually cheaper. I was a bit annoyed about it, so I decided to speak up and asked for a refund for the difference. Turns out they gave it to me. It just shows that sometimes you gotta ask in order to receive, eh?

    I've called customer support a bunch of times trying to connect my camera system to the network, but no one seems to have a clue about what to do. I even tried reaching out to them on Facebook, but got zero help. They promised to escalate my ticket, but I haven't heard a peep from anyone.     So, I bought some security cameras from this company, and honestly, I gotta say, the whole experience has been a letdown. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but couldn't get my issues sorted out. The quality of the cameras wasn't what I expected at all - definitely not like the pictures they showed online. And don't even get me started on those positive reviews...seems a bit fishy to me.     So, I bought a security camera system from LOREX and had a bad experience with their technical support. The folks I talked to didn't really know what they were doing and gave me the wrong info. In particular, this person named Trisea couldn't tell me if the NVR would work with cameras from other brands. It's pretty disappointing when you're trying to get help and end up feeling let down.

    Eh, so as someone who's set up a bunch of IP security systems, I gotta say, this one gave me trouble. Even with my know-how, I had to reach out to tech support for some help. The guy I talked to really knew his stuff, eh. He stayed cool and focused, and gave me a bunch of ideas to get my phone and doorbell talking over WiFi. His tip to "forget" the 2.4 GHz network on my Android phone ended up being the key that made the installation go smoothly. Now everything's working like a charm, and I'm happy with both the product and the support. Eh, good stuff.

    I just got some security cameras and let me tell you, I'm really happy with how well they work. With these cameras, I can check on my place from anywhere, which really puts my mind at ease. And when I needed some help understanding how to use certain features, the customer service team was super friendly and knew their stuff.     4 camera system purchase

    I've had the 4 camera system for over a year now. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, but the batteries are pretty much useless. Two of the batteries only last a day or two between charges, which is really annoying. When I contacted their customer support about the warranty, they just sent me back to the supplier. Unfortunately, the supplier didn't respond to my messages at all, so I couldn't get a solution to the battery problem.

    Feeling let down by the lack of support, I decided to add Blink products to my system, and they've been much more reliable and efficient.

    The Lorex Cirrus app that goes with the system is very basic and not very user-friendly. It seems outdated and it can be frustrating to navigate. However, I have to say the connection is consistent, and the push notifications to my phone are quick and effective.

    Overall, I wouldn't recommend getting another system from this company because of the poor after-sales support.

    Four camera system

    The darn system's running okay but the battery life is just horrendous. I gotta plug in those batteries every 3-4 weeks, not the few months they said it would last. I rang up customer service, they just told me my software was all good. I'm thinking I should've gotten it from Costco instead, at least then I could've returned it if I felt like it.

    I bought security cameras for my house about 4 years ago and got the extended warranty as well. Just recently, the DVR stopped working so I called customer service for help. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the support I received. The person I talked to didn't seem to understand or communicate well, which made it hard to fix the problem. Even though I followed their advice and spent more than 2 hours on the phone, I still couldn't get the help I needed to solve the issue. The lack of assistance and professionalism from the customer service team has really made me unhappy with my purchase and the whole customer experience.
