I've called customer support a bunch of times trying to connect my camera system to the network, but no one seems to have a clue about what to do. I even tried reaching out to them on Facebook, but got zero help. They promised to escalate my ticket, but I haven't heard a peep from anyone. It's super frustrating cause I can't even use the dang camera system I bought!

This place is a total mess, eh? It looks nothing like the pictures they have on the internet. There's garbage everywhere outside and by the stairs, the room reeks, the towel rod and water faucet are falling off, the towels are stained, and the sheets, blankets, and pillowcases all have cigarette burns. And to make matters worse, there are wires hanging where the smoke detector should be. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here, eh?
