Home security cameras purchase
I bought security cameras for my house about 4 years ago and got the extended warranty as well. Just recently, the DVR stopped working so I called customer service for help. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the support I received. The person I talked to didn't seem to understand or communicate well, which made it hard to fix the problem. Even though I followed their advice and spent more than 2 hours on the phone, I still couldn't get the help I needed to solve the issue. The lack of assistance and professionalism from the customer service team has really made me unhappy with my purchase and the whole customer experience.
