So, I bought some security cameras from this company, and honestly, I gotta say, the whole experience has been a letdown. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but couldn't get my issues sorted out. The quality of the cameras wasn't what I expected at all - definitely not like the pictures they showed online. And don't even get me started on those positive reviews...seems a bit fishy to me. Makes me wonder if this company is really legit.

This company is amazing! Their servers are affordable and their customer service is top-notch. It's nice to actually talk to a real person and not just a robot. They really go the extra mile to help in any way they can. My experience with this company has been so positive, I will definitely be coming back as a customer.

The prices are reasonable and the services they offer are good. The people working for the company seem really dedicated to making cloud services more secure. Upload and download speeds have definitely gotten better, which is great. The Android app works really well, and so does the website. However, the Linux version has a few bugs that need to be fixed. I'm confident that they'll take care of it soon. All in all, it's been a pretty good experience, but there's definitely some things that could be better.

I ordered a curtain rod from this company, but they sent me a cheap plastic garbage can instead. I've been trying to get in touch with them for help, but they haven't replied yet. I just want the correct item that I paid for, and I'm really disappointed with their service. I might have to take this issue to the BBB.
