Quick fix
Oh man, my game server was totally messed up for like two days. Couldn't play anything cuz it just kept restarting non-stop. But then this guy Ruben Ramirez from support swooped in and fixed it real quick! He was amazing, had everything sorted in under 20 minutes. Now I can finally get back to playing. Huge thanks to Ruben!
Disputed automatic renewal
I had a problem with this company where they made the server renewal and charged me even though I had turned off the auto-renewal. I contacted their support team about it, but they only canceled the server and didn't give me a refund. I'm really disappointed with how they handled this, so I'd advise others to be careful when dealing with this company.
Server hosting
I recently got server hosting from this company, and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare. I set up the server a year ago, but I couldn't even use it. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I sent in a ticket and was told it was cancelled. But guess what? I'm still getting billed three months later. The support team's communication has been awful, and it's just been a frustrating experience overall. I highly recommend not using this service, it's just a waste of time and money. The website is a mess, not user-friendly at all, and it's a pain to navigate. The instructions for submitting a ticket are outdated and don't match what's actually on the website. I am so disappointed with the service quality I got from this company.

I recently bought a virtual private server and needed some help from customer support. Even though Nitrado has gotten some flak for their service, my experience was actually pretty good. The problem wasn't with the servers, but with the game company or the system I was using to play. When I got in touch with customer support, I was really impressed with how they helped me out. The guy I talked to, Nils Teichert, went out of his way to assist me. He was super friendly, helpful, and patient the whole time. Nils Teichert definitely deserves a shoutout for his awesome customer service skills.

I was having some trouble setting up my server and couldn't access it. The team really helped me out, they were super patient and efficient. They didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing some technical stuff, and they addressed all my concerns quickly. I'm really happy with the service I got.
Rented a server for a game
So, like, I rented a server for my favorite game, and guess what? On the first day, the server goes KA-POW! So, like, I try to check out their site to see what's up, but all I get is this error code 500 - internal server error! Ughhh, so annoying! I can't even write a ticket and I can't use my server! And, like, there's no way to contact them either! Super uncool, man.

As a customer, I gotta say that VPS hosting service is not up to par and way too expensive. It seems like the company cares more about making money than making customers happy, which ends up limiting choices for us. The prices they charge don't match the service quality, so we end up feeling disappointed. It's just not cool that they control the market like that, stopping better hosting options from growing. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest using their services because of their greedy ways and the fact that we don't get our money's worth.
Chivalry 2 server
I can't believe how totally incompetent this host is. I thought they were my only choice, so I went ahead and bought a Chivalry 2 server from them. But from the get-go, nothing has been working right. I've tried everything I could think of to fix it myself, but the server still hasn't worked even once. Their customer service is terrible, they haven't offered any real solutions to help me out. Trust me, don't bother spending your money here, it's just not worth the hassle.

I just rented a server for my gaming stuff, but I've been dealing with lots of crashes and rollbacks. The company's service has been pretty lame, even after trying multiple times to fix things.
