Late-night lifesaver

Ran out during move, Enrique fixed it quick, really relieved

Alissa came through

Friend showed me this. Alissa took time, fixed issues, product feels solid.

Solid but realistic

Solid pick overall, not perfect though — couple hiccups. First saw it on Reddit; a coworker tipped me, and support is quick.

Helpful rep, fair delivery

Delivery arrived when said, Gabriela was patient and actually fixed my issue, appreciated the help, thanks, small delay though.

Two rough days

Tried to spin server up for two days, never used it. Paid nearly $70, asked for a refund, got no reply, panel looked slick, heads up.

Saved my fundraiser

Totally relieved — Ali A sorted a misdirected donation for my kid’s fundraiser when I was panicking after a previous charity mess. They moved the funds fast, honestly surprised me.

Quick, not perfect

Right after my game server crashed, tech support walked me through the steps; they were fast, clear. Needed it for a LAN night; not flawless but fixed things reliably, small follow-up.

Small worries, big help

I almost didn't order — worried it wouldn't fit my morning routine. Support walked me through the problem and sorted it out. Now it's part of my breakfast setup, so yeah, pretty relieved and grateful.

Quick fix, didn't expect it

Funny, I almost didn't buy because I read mixed posts, but a buddy on Discord swore by Nitrado. When my server hiccuped, support (Josué Reyes) jumped on my ticket fast, fixed a dumb mistake I made, and I was back to playing — relieved, honestly.

Ticket hassle, quick fix

Solid help overall, but getting a ticket was a mess at first. Armin was on time and fixed my server fast; the form confused me (maybe my fault). A bit annoyed, but relieved.

Quick clear help

a follow-up email would've been nice. I’d recommend her.

Finally a simple fix

Sat at my kitchen table, phone in hand, I was ready to give up — account wouldn't load and I'd already wasted half my morning. Gabriella logged in, poked around quickly and explained the fix in plain words, step by step. It actually felt easy after. I'm relieved and would ask for her again, for sure.

Fast delivery, friendly staff — some canned answers

Found them via a coworker who swore they'd be fast — so I sent the order, skeptical. Delivery showed up on time, surprisingly quick. Support answered super fast, friendly, though sometimes it felt like canned steps first — they fixed it in the end. Glad I recommended them to a friend.

Server rescue, big relief

We were right in the middle of a month-long event when things went south — sudden DDoS, lag, the whole mess. Moises jumped in fast, mitigated the attack and had the server back up in minutes. Honestly, I've dealt with worse support elsewhere, so this felt refreshingly professional. The DayZ players were pumped and I was relieved. Quick, competent, and polite — exactly what we needed.

Mid-breakfast server rescue

friendly, quick, sorted our connection drop by moving us from UK to Germany in about 20 minutes. That moment when ping finally dropped and everyone cheered, yeah that’s when I knew it worked. If you’re stuck, reach out to support. Wish I’d called sooner — so relieved.

Mid-morning relief

screenshots help). The moment I knew I was actually satisfied came two days later when the bank reversed the charge and the money appeared in my account. Not because the company suddenly sang kumbaya, but because the practical problem — my money — was solved, and I didn’t have to futz with an ongoing dispute. Small victory, surprising in how quickly it landed. The server itself has been fine for casual play, so I’ll keep using it, just with a stricter eye on subscriptions from now on.

Ticket mess and mystery servers

Bottom line, not impressed. Tried to get help but couldn't even open a new ticket since the current one is stuck and support felt MIA. The panel hides server names so when I add days I'm guessing which box to boost — one map just says "game server", very helpful. Some reps were blunt; Enrique P. didn't actually fix anything. Wish they'd let us open fresh tickets and label servers properly.

Delivery was a gamble

provisioning is quick — your box shows up fast — but that’s where the positives end. Downtime happened more than I expected, random drops with little to no explanation. Customer service took ages, or gave canned replies that didn’t help, so I spent evenings troubleshooting while they... well, did not. They do, however, send renewal emails reliably, weirdly. I was annoyed, and I told a couple friends to avoid unless you don’t mind interruptions. If delivery means uptime and clear support, this one missed the mark.

Mid-session fix

Mid-match, a mod decided to stop cooperating and I was the one poking around in the control panel. The interface is straightforward enough — not flashy, just functional — so spinning up a server and changing settings is quick and feels solid. It’s easy to forget how much time you save when the basics work without fuss. Pricing is reasonable; I’ve tried cheaper hosts that felt shaky and pricier ones that didn’t add value, so this sits in the sweet spot for me. When things go odd, support answers fast and doesn’t just pass you a link. One rep, Enrique P., actually walked me through diagnosing a plugin conflict that wasn’t a server fault at all. That stuck with me — they’ll give practical advice even when the issue is third-party. Small annoyances pop up now and then, like a brief hiccup or a setting that could be clearer, but overall maintenance is low effort and predictable. I keep coming back because the day-to-day use is reliable and the people help when it matters.

Left scrambling when names disappeared

Okay so here's the short version — I run a few community maps/servers for friends and folks who rely on them, and I needed to top up days or sort which ones were actually active. Then the provider changed the display so all those custom names turned into the generic "10 slot server" label. At first I thought it was a glitch, but no — almost everything looked the same, and because so many of our maps are 10-slot, we couldn't tell which server was which. They started to expire one by one because we couldn't add days to the right one, and by the time the provider reverted the names back to the custom ones, it was already too late for several servers.
To make it worse, they put them in an "extension mode" that locks out the expert settings, so you can't even check IPs or clues once it shuts down — the IP changes and it's a mess. I begged support to open individual servers for at least 24 hours so I could sort active ones from dead ones, I really did. Their replies are slow and canned, and often by the time I see the email the server got an extra hour and then went down anyway. Time zones, late notices, whatever — it all added up.
This whole thing was embarrassing; people depend on me to keep maps running and it felt awful having to tell them I couldn't do anything. It honestly pushed my anxiety back up and I had to go back on meds for a bit because of the stress. I'm not asking for free months or anything, I'm paying to keep the maps online — I just wanted a reasonable 24-hour window per server to sort things out.
There's some good in that they eventually brought back the custom names, but the damage was done. Faster, clearer support and a longer grace period would have saved a lot of headaches and, frankly, saved my sleep.
