    Online purchase issues

    My recent experience with an online purchase has been a complete nightmare, eh. I placed an order back in October and initially got charged the wrong amount through a third-party payment service, ya know. After fixing the mistake and paying the remaining balance, I've been bombarded with emails and messages saying I still owe money, eh. Even after talking to several customer service reps who said everything was sorted out, I'm still getting incorrect notifications, eh. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is not acceptable from a company like this, eh. Plus, the quality of the products I got didn't match the price I paid, which left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience, ya know.

    Online ordering experience

    As someone who shops online a lot, I gotta say, my recent experience with this company was really disappointing. I placed an order online and found out that they keep customers' credit/debit card info without asking first, so you can't even remove it. That's a total invasion of privacy and security. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with customer service, and they were not helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't even get what I was talking about. It was a waste of my time and made me question the company's support team. I felt frustrated and powerless knowing my banking info was stuck with them. It's ridiculous that a company would do something like that just to make shopping easier for themselves. This whole thing really makes me hesitant to shop with them again in the future.
