    As a customer at ULTA, I gotta say my recent experience left me frustrated. I bought a bunch of makeup stuff like brushes, eyeliner, and lipstick. But my order had some problems that really tested my patience. The customer service at ULTA was not great. I had to talk to Supervisors who didn't seem to care. Even after waiting a month for a refund, I felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. The staff's lack of empathy has made me really disappointed in my experience with ULTA.

    Skincare serum

    I just bought a skincare serum from ULTA, eh. But, after using it for a bit, I ran into a problem - the serum wasn't coming out properly anymore. When I checked the packaging, I saw that the serum had all pooled around the top and was stuck. It was pretty obvious that I got a dud. I tried asking ULTA for some kind of compensation or a new one, but they said no. As a customer, I was super let down by their lack of help with this situation.

    Gift card issue

    I had a problem with a gift card from ULTA that really got me aggravated and let down. They said my gift card was inactive because of some computer mistake, and they told me they'd send a new e-gift card in 2 hours. Well, 4 weeks and 3 phone calls later, and I still hadn't gotten anything. Every time I called, they said they'd get back to me that day, but I never heard from them. Dealing with this company was a real pain and left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd suggest looking for what you need somewhere else or supporting a small business instead.

She also knew a lot about the other stuff I was looking at. It was so nice to get such awesome customer service.     I gave Ulta another chance even though I wasn't impressed with their customer service before. Sadly, my recent visit just reinforced my negative opinion of the store. The staff lacked professionalism and weren't attentive at all. There were only three employees around, and two of them were more focused on chatting and using their phones than helping customers. The one employee who was working seemed overwhelmed with the checkout and couldn't assist me in finding the products I wanted.<br><br>When I tried to ask for help, a staff member rudely told me she wasn't available and didn't even bother to look up from her phone. The lack of care and respect was really frustrating. Even though I was planning to spend a lot of money, my needs were ignored for small tasks and personal conversations. I felt unimportant as a customer.<br><br>My visit to Ulta should have been enjoyable, as I usually spend a lot of money there. However, the unprofessionalism and lack of care from the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be coming back to this store and will likely look for other options for my beauty needs in the future.

    Hair appointment at ULTA

    My recent trip to ULTA was kind of a letdown. The salon didn't seem very clean and the stylists didn't give off a friendly or professional vibe. I felt pretty awkward and like my business wasn't valued during my appointment. The person doing my hair didn't seem very skilled or attentive, and I left with a result that I wasn't happy with. Overall, I wouldn't suggest going to this specific ULTA store based on what happened to me.

    That customer service at ULTA is just awful, eh? I bought some makeup there not too long ago and wanted to swap it for a different shade. But can you believe they wanted me to pay extra for the swap just because I had used a coupon on the first purchase? The folks there wouldn't even let me use the coupon on the new item, which left me feeling pretty ticked off and like I got ripped off. That kind of rule is just plain silly and not at all friendly to us customers, right? You can bet I won't be going back to ULTA for anything else in the future.

    The website and app are so glitchy and just not reliable at all when you're trying to buy something online. It's been a real struggle for me in the past couple of years because my payment info and personal details just won't go through, no matter what payment method I try. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just told me that I can't place online orders anymore because of some issues with transactions from 2021, but they didn't even explain it properly. I've been asking them to look into it further, but I still haven't heard back from them. ULTA's customer service is just so weird and unprofessional, and honestly, I'm feeling really disappointed and frustrated with the whole thing.

    I got some stuff from ULTA and they promised me free gifts with my purchase. But when my order came, the gifts were nowhere to be found. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn't send me the missing items and only offered me a gift card worth way less. It really bugged me and felt like a rip-off. I rely on those promotions to decide what to buy. I won't be shopping at ULTA again after this and I think they're gonna lose customers in the long run.

    My experience at the store in Tinley Park, Illinois was pretty disappointing. I was just trying to buy something, standing in line and all, but the customer service was seriously lacking. There were a bunch of employees around, but it felt like nobody noticed me. One cashier was busy with a customer, and this salesgirl kept walking by me without even saying hello. Finally, I had to speak up and she said she was helping someone else. It was like me and the other people in line just didn't matter. The manager was off greeting folks at the door and doing refunds instead of checking on us waiting in line. It was super frustrating to just be left there for 7 minutes, not really getting any clear answers about why things were taking so long.

    As someone who shops online a lot, I gotta say, my recent experience with this company was really disappointing. I placed an order online and found out that they keep customers' credit/debit card info without asking first, so you can't even remove it. That's a total invasion of privacy and security. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with customer service, and they were not helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't even get what I was talking about. It was a waste of my time and made me question the company's support team. I felt frustrated and powerless knowing my banking info was stuck with them. It's ridiculous that a company would do something like that just to make shopping easier for themselves. This whole thing really makes me hesitant to shop with them again in the future.

    Honestly, the customer service at this place is terrible. It's like they don't know how to handle questions or complaints properly. When I emailed them, all I got back were generic, robotic responses that didn't help with my issue at all. The "mystery gift" promotion they have is a scam. It feels like they purposely make it disappear from your cart right when you're checking out. And the customer service reps don't even seem to be in this country, judging by their broken English. Sephora and Sally Beauty, on the other hand, really treat their customers well. I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere from now on.
