Stainless steel cookware purchase
I ordered some stainless steel cookware online and was super disappointed to see that they all had scratches when they arrived. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't guarantee a replacement without scratches. Can you believe that? A $200 pot should not have scratches on it. All they offered me was a tiny 10% discount, it felt like an insult. Next time, I'll go with a brand that actually backs up their products. And to top it off, the products also arrived late.

I've been learning a new language with Sara for a few months now, and I have to say, she's amazing. She's not only a great teacher, but she's also really friendly and makes learning fun. Sara always comes ready for our lessons, gives me helpful feedback, and pushes me to practice speaking. Her teaching method is interesting and it's really been helping me improve my language skills. Damaged hat replacement
I got this hat from the company, but it came all messed up. I got in touch with customer service right away and talked to a lady named Leana. I told her all about the damage and even showed her some pics. Leana didn't waste any time and promised to send me a new hat. She even said I could keep the messed up one. I was really impressed with how fast and well they handled the problem, it shows they really care about their customers. I'm thankful for the awesome help I got and will definitely be coming back to shop again.
