Lost parcel, unhelpful service
My package went missing and when I tried to use the links to resolve it, they were no good. The shipping company blamed the delivery guy, but I'm still waiting for them to sort it out. I had to dish out more cash to get new makeup while I wait for their response. I placed a smaller order to test if it'll come through and if they'll sort out my first order. It's so annoying!

My experience with Myholidays was great. The website was easy to use and booking was a breeze. The prices were good and they had lots of options to choose from, so there was something for everyone. The confirmation email they sent had all the details I needed for my trip. I would definitely use Myholidays again for my next trip.

Recent beauty product purchase
Honestly, the customer service at this place is terrible. It's like they don't know how to handle questions or complaints properly. When I emailed them, all I got back were generic, robotic responses that didn't help with my issue at all. The "mystery gift" promotion they have is a scam. It feels like they purposely make it disappear from your cart right when you're checking out. And the customer service reps don't even seem to be in this country, judging by their broken English. Sephora and Sally Beauty, on the other hand, really treat their customers well. I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere from now on.
