Late delivery, no response from customer service
I ordered something on December 5th but haven't heard anything until December 11th. I've been checking the tracking for a whole week now and there's been no progress. When I try to call customer service, I just get sent to voicemail. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on and not getting any help. I'm starting to think I won't ever get my order or a refund. Definitely a lesson learned!
Makeup purchase
I ordered a bunch of makeup and I'm so bummed because it hasn't arrived yet. I got an email saying they're having issues with shipping and stuff, which is totally lame. Like, why even let people order if you know you can't send the stuff out, you know? I tried reaching out to customer service but I'm way back in line for a response. Ugh, I hope I didn't just waste my money on nothing.
Lost parcel, unhelpful service
My package went missing and when I tried to use the links to resolve it, they were no good. The shipping company blamed the delivery guy, but I'm still waiting for them to sort it out. I had to dish out more cash to get new makeup while I wait for their response. I placed a smaller order to test if it'll come through and if they'll sort out my first order. It's so annoying!
Natural, Glossy Locks, Honey & Coconut, Burdock & Neem
I bought a bunch of shampoos from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how good their stuff is. I gave the Glossy Locks, Honey & Coconut, and Burdock & Neem shampoos a try and they did wonders for my hair. I'm thinking about giving their fruit pigmented makeup a shot now. The only hiccup was that my package went missing during delivery, but the customer service team was super fast at getting back to me and sending me a new set.
Toxic-free makeup purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying makeup from another country, but I'm really happy I gave this company a try. I got foundation, lipstick, and bronzer, and even though I ordered 3 foundations at first, they were super nice when I wanted to switch two of them. The customer service was amazing, and they got back to me really fast. I really like the foundation, especially since it's made without any bad chemicals. Definitely recommend them!
Expedited delivery purchase
I'm really disappointed with how this company has been handling things. I paid extra for a 2-day delivery, but I haven't heard anything back about my order. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being ignored and maybe even ripped off for $120.

I bought some skincare stuff not too long ago, like creams and face masks. I picked this brand because they use safe ingredients and they smell awesome. But after trying them out a few times, I only noticed a difference with the coffee cream. The other products smelled good but didn't really give my skin the hydration I was looking for.

I've been using their products for a while, but I got fed up with waiting for online orders. They shut down their actual store in my city, so I had to start ordering online. The first order was late, but they gave me a refund. The second order took more than a month to come. I really like their products, but waiting that long isn't worth it. I'm giving other clean cosmetic brands a try now.

Plant-based makeup that isn't toxic
Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore this makeup! It's seriously amazing because it's all natural and great for my skin. Also, the colors are so pretty and they stay on all day. I feel like a total beauty queen when I have it on! 🌸
Partially delivered order due to missing items
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how they've been slacking lately. I made an order during a sale to get some of my go-to products, but when it arrived, the app said it was only "partially delivered". I had to contact customer service weeks later to find out that some of my items were out of stock and didn't even come in my package. And to top it off, they didn't even bother telling me about it!
Late order, poor communication
This company is a complete mess. I made an order in early December and it's been a letdown ever since. They blame "high demand" for the delays, but really they just don't have their act together. They even gave me a partial refund because they sold things they didn't have - what a joke. It's already mid-December and I still haven't received everything I ordered. Trying to contact customer service is like looking for a needle in a haystack - so frustrating. Looks like my Christmas gift won't be on time this year.
Makeup products
The makeup I bought was so bad, except for the nail polish which was okay. But the real problem is the company itself, it's a total scam. Everything is way too expensive and their customer service is the worst. My order was super late with no reason why, and when it finally arrived some items were missing. Even though they said they'd give affected customers a special voucher, I got nothing. And to top it off, I had to pay extra customs fees for the replacements they sent. I sent so many emails but got no response about the delay. The way this company treats its customers is just awful. I wanted to support a non-toxic brand, but I'll never buy from them again. Seriously, stay far away from this company!
Recent makeup purchase
As a regular customer that loves trying out new makeup stuff, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about the lack of products at this store. I just bought a black mascara that was restocked, but it's already sold out again in just a few days. It's hard to count on this store for my makeup needs when they can't keep things in stock. It's annoying to spend money on something that disappears so fast.
Increased prices, slow shipping
I bought something from this company not too long ago, and man, was I let down. The prices went way up, so now it's not as budget-friendly to buy stuff here. On top of that, I had to fork out extra for shipping, and it took forever for my order to get to me. Like, seriously, they didn't even ship it until six days after I placed the order, and then I was told to wait 7 to 10 business days for it to show up. That is not cool at all, and because of this lousy service, I've decided to take my business elsewhere and not buy from them again.

And on top of that, there was a problem with my order and I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but didn't get any response at all. So yeah, I wouldn't suggest shopping there.
High-quality makeup products
I had an amazing time shopping online with this company. Their foundations, highlighters, and palettes are fantastic, and I'm really happy with what I got. The pencil eyeliner I got recently arrived quickly and in perfect shape.
The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the ingredients makes it worth it. I'd rather pay a bit more for products that don't have harmful chemicals and are good for my skin. Actually, compared to other pricey brands full of toxins, their pricing is quite fair.
But I did notice that some of their products have Titanium Dioxide, which might not work for everyone. It's good that they let you know about this so you can decide what to buy wisely.Beauty products
I recently bought some beauty products from this company but the customer support was terrible. I told my daughter to order some products as gifts but she still hasn't gotten them after a month. I sent many emails and made phone calls to the company but got no response until I said I would file a claim with my credit company. Even then, the communication was not good and we still haven't received the products. It's really frustrating and disappointing to have such bad customer service from a company we trusted and told others about. We won't be ordering from them again for sure.
Skin care products
I gotta say, I was really let down by the skin care products I bought. They said they were all pure and natural, but I had a bad reaction to their moisturizer. I have sensitive skin, so I always look for stuff that's free of chemicals, but it seems like this brand might not be as honest as they claim. I'm not sure if all their products are really as pure and natural as they claim, and this whole thing has definitely got me doubting their brand. I'd suggest others with sensitive skin to be careful if they're thinking of buying from them.

The customer service at this store is amazing! I can't really say how good the products are yet since I haven't used them for too long, but the return policy is really great. I love being able to try out new stuff without stressing about being stuck with something that doesn't work for me. I would definitely suggest this store to others just for their awesome customer service.
