It was really disappointing dealing with this company, eh. They didn't tell me about the £21 shipping cost until after I bought it, eh. When I wanted to cancel, they still sent it and now want me to pay £20.88 to return it for a refund, eh. The customer service folks were useless and made it seem like it was my fault, eh. All in all, a super frustrating and unsatisfactory time, eh.

I bought something from this company not too long ago, and man, was I let down. The prices went way up, so now it's not as budget-friendly to buy stuff here. On top of that, I had to fork out extra for shipping, and it took forever for my order to get to me. Like, seriously, they didn't even ship it until six days after I placed the order, and then I was told to wait 7 to 10 business days for it to show up. That is not cool at all, and because of this lousy service, I've decided to take my business elsewhere and not buy from them again.

The shuttle service to Disneyland Paris was pretty convenient for getting from the airport. The buses were comfy and came pretty regularly, so it was easy to figure out our travel plans. But, the cost seemed a bit steep compared to other ways of getting there. Also, the booking process was a bit confusing and could have been more straightforward. On the bright side, the ride to the resort was on time and quick, which was good. All in all, it was an okay experience, but there are ways they could make it better, especially with the prices and how you book it.

The folks working there are so helpful and always make sure you’re satisfied with what you purchased. I love that they always follow through with their return and refund policies. The luggage I bought is perfect for all my travels.
