The food sensitivity test was really eye-opening! I found out about sensitivities I never even knew I had. But funny enough, I didn't feel any better when I cut those foods out of my diet. The customer service, on the other hand, was pretty disappointing. I messaged them on Instagram but never heard back. And when I tried the Live Chat, the person I talked to was not helpful at all, and honestly, kind of rude.

I've been using their products for a while, but I got fed up with waiting for online orders. They shut down their actual store in my city, so I had to start ordering online. The first order was late, but they gave me a refund. The second order took more than a month to come. I really like their products, but waiting that long isn't worth it. I'm giving other clean cosmetic brands a try now.
